LED型飞机导光板自适应调光控制技术研究

【摘要】 本文针对当前飞机驾驶舱内导光板照明系统采用手动亮度调节方式即增加驾驶员负担,又不易根据驾驶舱光环境精准控制导光板亮度的问题,深入研究了导光板照明系统的自适应调光控制技术。实现了环境光照传感器布局设计、亮度曲线模型建立、LED驱动设计等关键技术,研究成果为大中型飞机导光板照明设计提供了参考依据。本文根据导光板对照明调光方式的需求,以及当前手动调节方式存在的缺陷,提出了数字式导光板自适应调光控制技术,并建立了该技术的整体系统架构。通过驾驶舱三维建模及SPEOS光学仿真确立光分布概况,确定了环境光照传感器的布局,并通过对驾驶舱光环境的人机工效试验及置信区间统计学分析,确立了亮度调光曲线模型。在此基础上,本文提出了导光板照明自适应调光控制理想模型,该系统通过优化布局的光照传感器准确检测环境光照度,并利用自适应调光控制器根据亮度曲线模型计算驾驶舱内各路导光板的亮度,并结合手动补偿及PWM调光控制技术,最终实现导光板亮度的自适应调节效果。本文在设计过程中同时对系统主要部件的工程实现进行了方案性设计,加速了研究成果的快速应用转化。最后在Matlab/Simulink环境下对导光板自适应调光控制系统的算法及控制策略进行了仿真调参和性能评估,仿真结果表明,所设计的自适应调光控制系统可实现自适应调光的功能,完全符合自适应调光的需求,同时能有效抑制光环境扰动导致的调光波动问题。

【Abstract】 To resolve the issue of manual dimming for lightplate lighting system in aircraft cockpit that increase pilot’s work loading, and not easily to precisely control the brightness of lightplate according to cockpit luminous environment, self-adjusting dimming technology of lightplate lighting system is in-depth studied. Key technologies including the layout of ambient light sensor, brightness curve model and LED drive design are realized. The research results for this thesis can be as reference in the designs of lightplate lighting of large and mid-size aircraft.’Digital self-adjusting dimming control system of lightplate has been proposed according to the requirements of lighting dimming methods for lightplate in conjunction with the defects of manual dimming mode. Based on this, the overall system architecture was established. Ambient light distribution in different areas was analyzed with SPEOS software based on Cockpit 3D model, arrangement of ambient light sensors was decided. Brightness dimming curve model was established according to visual ergonomics test for cockpit luminous environment and confidence interval analysis. Based on this, self-adjusting dimming control model was proposed, The background luminance is accurately measured with ambient light sensors, and based on luminance curve model, each lightplate illumination is computed, to realize self-adjusting of lightplate luminance combined with manual compensation and PWM dimming control technology, self-adjusting dimming effects of lightplate brightness is realized finally. At the same time, scheme design is completed for the engineering realizing of main system components, it can accelerate the rapid application transformation of research results.By simulation in Matlab/Simulink, adjusting parameters and performance assessment of algorithms and control strategies for self-adjusting dimming control system of lightplate is completed, and prove that self-adjusting dimming control system can realize the function of self-adjusting dimming, the requirements of self-adjusting dimming can be fully complied with, while the dimming fluctuations caused by ambient light disturbances can be effectively suppressed.
