【摘要】 在油价大幅下跌,炼化企业整体亏损较为严重,经营形势不容乐观的形式下,GXPC公司虽然经过前一阶段统筹生产,努力推进新建装置全面投入使用,公司的主要技术经济指标全面向好,但仍面临着较大扭亏为盈的压力。在这种情况下,GXPC公司的物资库存却逐年上升,库存积压也越来越多,严重制约了该企业经济效益的改善和市场竞争能力的提高。本文通过对GXPC公司物资库存管理存在问题进行详细调研,分析了其存在物资库存控制不严、形成物资积压的责任主体不清等主要问题,并探究了这些问题的形成的主要原因；同时结合供应链模型分析法(SCOR)、重点分析法(ABC及CAV)等,借鉴国内外炼化企业一些成功的经验和作法,提出了适合GXPC公司库存管理优化的一些有针对性的措施和方法。主要包括建立库存管理优化合理的思维、库存物资的分类及优化、管理流程和制度优化、库房管理及业务外包优化、信息管理优化等五个方面。并试图为其建立起一套完善的库存管理优化方案。本文的研究成果正逐步在GXPC公司实施开展,并取得了一些初步的成效,同时希望这些优化措施能为其他炼化企业尤其是新建的炼化企业在物资库存管理和控制方面提供一些有益的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the current situation, the price of oil fell sharply, the output of refinery enterprise decline drastically, and the economic situation is unoptimistic, however, GXPC make an overall production, efforts to promote the new plant is fully operational, each economic indicator show that the company faces a bright future. Nevertheless, GXPC is still facing greater pressure to turn a profit. Under such circumstance, the material stocks are raising year by year, the stock backlog also more and more, has seriously restricted the enterprise economic benefit improvement and the market competition ability enhancement.The thesis studies the existing problems of storage material management in detail, these problems include the relaxed storage management, and the liability subject of overstock goods is unclear. The thesis also analyzed the primary cause of these problems. Through the supply chain model research(SCOR), ABC, CAV etc, based on the successful experience and practice of refinery enterprise in domestic and overseas, the thesis provide some specific measure and method for the optimization of inventory management. The measure and method include that establish the optimization of inventory management, to classify and optimize the material classification, management flow and system, warehouse management and subcontracting, information, etc. The thesis is trying to establish the system programme to optimize the inventory management.The research achievements of thesis have been applied by GXPC and obtain some achievement.
