面向制药企业的作业流程调度系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 本文以某药厂制药流水线生产工艺的水提醇沉淀加工过程为主要研究对象,在深入分析生产工艺及控制需求的基础上,针对当前生产调度管理中存在的一系列问题,系统地研究了动态水提、过滤、醇沉、过滤、蒸发浓缩、喷雾干燥等一系列理论与应用问题。为了实现制药流水线生产全过程的优化控制,提出了制药工艺集成过程中作业调度控制系统的总体设计思想与设计原则,对MES和ERP系统的实施功能模块的作业流程调度模块(JSP)进行了详细研究。论文的主要工作归纳如下:(1)针对制药工艺流程中,MES流程信息与ERP质量校验和生产编排信息难以共同获得最优目标的问题,研究分析了位于制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)和企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)中间模块层面的车间生产调度模块(Job-shop scheduling)。JSP作为的MES与ERP核心交叉模块,直接关系着企业的经营、生产和管理效率,有效的调度方案能最大限度地降低生产成本,提高制药企业生产制造竞争力。(2)针对传统车间作业调度算法运行时间长和复杂度大的缺点,论文提出了三种具有特定调度规则的优化调度算法,分别采用相对剩余工期算法RT,分量粒子群算法PSO-JSP,相对权重剩余工期算法WRT进行制药作业调度研究,进行优化调度操作,并分别给出算法数学模型、算法模型、算法流程图和具体实例验证。最后,论文将WRT算法思想通过插件编程方式嵌入某制药企业的MES以及ERP系统,通过对实际的制药车间典型调度问题进行求解排程,验证了论文的思想和方法。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we research mainly on a specific production process of flow line production of drug in some pharmaceutical factory which is based on pharmaceutical technology.Afer the base of deeply studying about pharmaceutical technology and control requirement,in the light of a series of questions existing in present production scheduling management,we systemative researched on a series of problems on theoretical and application such as dynamic water extraction, alcohol precipitation,filtration,evaporation,spray drying and so on.In order to realize optimum control of the whole process of pharmaceutical production,we put forward the ideas and principles on design operating control system for pharmaceutical process, and what is more,details of the job shop scheduling(JSP) module of functional modules of the MES and the ERP system was studied.The main work of the thesis are summarized as follows:(1) Aiming at problems of the MES information of the pharmaceutical process and the upper process ERP quality checking and production scheduling information being difficult to obtain the optimal goal commonly,we studied in Job-shop scheduling module between manufacturing execution system(Manufacturing Execution System, MES) and enterprise resource planning(Enterprise Resource, Planning, ERP).As the core module of the cross of MES and ERP,JSP is directly related to the business enterprise management, production and management efficiency, and effective scheduling can reduce production cost, improve the competitiveness of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.(2)In view of the traditional job shop scheduling algorithm long running time and huge computational complexity of the shortcomings,this paper puts forward three kinds of optimization scheduling algorithm,respectively using relative time algorithm which is called RT, heft particle swarm optimization algorithm which is called HPSO-JSP,and the relative weight remaining duration scheduling algorithm which is called WRT,to research on pharmaceutical production scheduling,to optimize the dispatching operation,algorithm of the mathematical model, algorithm, algorithm flow chart and example verification are respectively given.Finally, the WRT algorithm was inserted in the programming MES and ERP system as a plug-in components by some pharmaceutical company to solve the pharmaceutical workshop scheduling problem in typical practice, verify the idea and methods of the dissertation.
