基于复杂网络的群行为扩散模型研究

【摘要】 社会群体作为社会工作和生活的主要组成部分,其在社会生活中的地位和重要程度也越来越明显。相应地,社会群体的行为对社会的影响作用也不容小觑,如企业组织对社会经济和就业方面的重要作用和近年来频发的群体性事件对社会稳定和人民财产和生命安全的破坏和威胁。因而群体行为的研究一直以来都受到了广大学者的关注。本文研究的主要内容是群体行为扩散中个体间的交互机制,通过对个体交互机制深入的研究,建立了群行为扩散的数理模型,并对模型进行了检验与分析,希望对群体行为更深层次的定量研究和现实中的管理工作提供一定的借鉴作用。本文首先从微观角度以个体动机和个体行为的逻辑关系作为切入点,分析了特定环境下个体的动机对个体行为形成的决定作用,又从广域-局域影响和正向-反向影响两个方面分别探讨了群行为扩散中个体间的交互机制,并在此基础上建立广义影响力交互模型。而后采取实证实验与仿真结果对比分析的方法对模型的正确性进行了检验,并对影响群行为扩散状态的重要因子展开了讨论,得出广域影响对于深度刻画群行为扩散的必要作用以及个体感知范围和关键个体对群行为扩散时间的决定作用。最后从宏观角度引入群行为熵理论对群行为扩散过程中群体系统状态从有序到无序,再到新的有序状态的渐变过程进行了阐述和解释。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the main part of social work and life, the status and importance of social group in social life are more and more obvious. Accordingly, the role of social group behavior’s impact on society can not be underestimated. For example, an important role in enterprise organization on economy and employment, the vandalism and threats of frequent group incidents to social stability and people’s property and life safety. So the research of group behavior has attracted the attention of scholars. The main content of this paper is the study of the interaction mechanism between individuals in the group behavior diffusion.This paper establishes the model of group behavior diffusion by studying on the interaction mechanism between individuals and then analyses the model. Thus the paper may be hoped to provide a reference function for deeper quantitative research in group behavior and practical management behavior.Foremost, with the logical relationship between individual motivation and individual behavior as the breakthrough point, the paper analyses the decisive effect in specific circumstances of individual motivation on individual behavior from the microscopic point, discusses the interaction mechanism between individuals in the group behavior diffusion from two aspects of wide- local and forward-backward effect and then establishes the generalized influence interaction model. Secondly, the paper tests the validity of the model by taking the antitheses of empirical test and simulation analysis and discusses on the important factor affecting the diffusion state of group behavior. The paper concludes that wide-effect is essential to depict group behavior diffusion in depth and the scope of individual perception and the key individual cooperatively play a decisive role in group behavior diffusion time. Also, from the macroscopic perspective, this paper elaborates and explains a gradual process of group system state, changing from ordered state to the disordered and then to a new ordered one, by introducing the theory of Group Behavior Entropy to the description of group behavior diffusion.更多还原
