【摘要】 随着市场竞争的加剧,制造企业为提升产品质量,愈加重视供应商质量管理。据统计,企业产品质量问题中,有30%源于供应商；企业的质量改善项目中,也有20%以上,需要供应商提供支持。加强供应商质量管理,从而提升供应商的制造过程能力和产品质量水平,已经成为企业满足客户需求、削减制造成本、扩大市场份额的重要保障手段之一。论文以供应链管理、全面质量管理、供应商质量管理等相关理论为指导,结合国内外学者的研究成果,从供应商质量管理的操作流程和应用工具两个层面,对C公司当前的供应商质量管理模式进行了深入研究。调查发现,尽管C公司当前供应商质量管理模式已经比较完善,但仍存在一些问题：一是欠缺供应商过程能力的认证和帮促,偏重于零部件到货后的质量检验；二是缺乏零部件批准流程,导致新样品的一次合格率较低,开发周期较长；三是未执行差异化的零部件入厂检验策略,导致入厂检验效率低下；四是供应商质量评价时,部分数据的计数原则不合理,不能准确反应供应商的实际水平。为此,论文提出,通过完善C公司的供应商过程认证、零部件批准、零部件入厂检验相关流程,以及修正当前的不良计数原则,对C公司的供应商质量管理模式进行补充和优化。优化后的管理模式,涵盖了零部件制造、入厂检验、安装使用、售后整改这一整条价值流,不仅从质量、成本、交货期等多个方面,提高了C公司的综合实力,而且为供应商质量管理相关理论在企业中的实际应用,提供了案例参考,也为其他同类企业提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the aggravate that the market competition, manufacturing enterprises to improve product quality, more and more attention to the supplier quality management. According to statistics, the enterprise product quality problems,30% comes from suppliers; Enterprises to improve the quality of the project, there are more than 20%, need to suppliers to provide support. Strengthen the supplier quality management, so as to enhance the level of supplier manufacturing process capability and product quality, has become the enterprise to meet customer demand, reduce manufacturing costs, expand market share, one of the important means.Paper in order to supply chain management, total quality management, supplier quality management, and other related theory as a guide, combined with the research results of scholars at home and abroad, from the operation process and application of supplier quality management tools two aspects, on the current supplier quality management mode of C company were studied. The survey found that although the C company current supplier quality management model has relatively perfect, but there are still some problems:one is the lack of supplier process capability certification and help promote, emphasize on the quality of the parts after the arrival of the goods inspection; Secondly, the lack of parts approval process, lead to a new sample qualified rate is low, the development cycle is long; Three is not performing parts incoming inspection strategy of differentiation, leading to the factory inspection efficiency is low; Part four is a supplier quality evaluation, data counting principle is unreasonable, not accurate response the supplier’s actual level. To this end, this paper puts forward that, through the perfect C company’s approval of supplier certification process, parts, spare parts incoming inspection related processes, and fix the current bad count principle, the C company supplier quality management model to supplement and optimization. Optimized management pattern, covering parts manufacturing, incoming inspection, install and use, after the rectification of this whole article value stream, not only from several respects such as quality, cost, delivery time, improve the C company’s comprehensive strength, and for the supplier quality management related theory in practical application in the enterprise, provides the reference case, also provide reference for other similar enterprises.更多还原
