【摘要】 生态环境是人类赖以生存的基础,是人类社会得以持续发展的根本,由于人类不合理的开发和利用,导致生态环境不断恶化,生态系统严重失衡,已威胁到人类的生存和发展,人类逐渐认识到要维持生态平衡,解决污染问题,实现可持续发展,必须建立一种人与自然的新型伦理关系,让人们自觉地去尊重自然、关爱自然,保护自然,实现生态可持续发展,促进人与自然的和谐相处,才能从根本上解决生态危机问题。海洋生态伦理是以海洋道德为调整对象和范围的科学体系,是人与人之间,人与海洋生态之间的道德关系准则。它主要是指在海洋开发中要遵守海洋发展的客观规律,使每个人都有均等的机会使用海洋资源,并且在人类对海洋进行开发利用的时候,必须要有保护海洋生态的理念,不能对海洋生态造成破坏。本文从生态伦理的视角审视海洋经济又好又快发展过程中所内含的伦理道德规范,特别是建设蓝色经济区过程中的伦理道德规范构建,查找实现青岛蓝色经济规划目标与海洋环境的实际承载力之间矛盾,剖析生态危机产生的根源。用创新的生态伦理思维探索建立海洋经济发展的新模式,加快推动由偏重陆地发展向海陆统筹转变,由传统的粗放增长向高端高质高效发展转变,由注重开发建设向经济、生态、社会效益有机统一转变,加强生态伦理教育,真正实现可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecological environment is the foundation of human’s survival and the basis for the sustainable development of human society. Due to the unreasonable use and development, ecological environment gradually worsen and ecosystem imbalances, which has threaten people’s survival and development. Therefore, people come to realize that it is a perfect way to build a new ethics-relationship between people and nature for maintaining ecological balance, solving pollution-problems and making the sustainable development. Only respecting nature, loving nature and protecting nature, can all of us achieve sustainable development, promote the balance between people and nature, and thus solve ecological crisis thoroughly.Marine ecological ethics is a scientific system regarding Marine morality as the center and the moral principles between people and people, people and marine ecology. It aims to obey the object rule when developing marine so that everyone has the equal chance to obtain the marine resources. At the same time, people hold the view to protect the marine rather than destroying it.From the view of the ecological ethics, the article explores the rules of ethics and morality, especially during the time of building Blue Zone, finding the conflict between developing economy and ocean-bearing and analyzing the root of the ecological crisis. It is a good way to create the new mode to develop the marine economy by adopting the special thinking of ecological ethics, transforming land-developing to marine-developing, traditional extensive development to effective and ecological development, single developing economy to more aspects of unifying the benefits on economy, ecology and society. All of those can help us improve ecological education and reach the true sustainable development.更多还原
