山东省农村饮水安全管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 现在饮水安全越来越受到人们的关注,国家对于农村饮水安全工程建设的力度也越来越大。然而山东省的农村由于自然地理、气候、工农业发展等的影响,农村饮水安全问题日益突出,据了解,山东省农村大部分面积都存在高盐、高氟的高污染,为解决这个突出的安全问题,相关部分正在大力推进农村饮水安全管理系统的建设,以保证当地的饮水工程安全、高效地运转起来。在本文中,为了完成农村饮水安全管理系统的设计,首先对国内外农村饮水安全现状做了深入了解,并结合当地具体的情况进行了细致的业务分析,然后确定了系统基本的技术架构:运用WEB技术和GIS技术,采用B/S结构和多层架构体系,并结合MVC设计模式下的struts框架来实现。在设计过程中,还综合了javascript、hibernate、jsp等技术来完成架构搭建。同时,系统还使用了SQLSERVER 2012版本的数据库软件来设计系统的数据库。系统划分了工程规划与建设、文件申报审批、数据采集与审核和办公及系统管理四大模块的业务。其中工程规划与建设模块实现了:行业概况分析、工程规划、工程建设。文件申报审批模块实现了:文件申报、文件初审、文件复审、文件处理查询、文档管理。数据采集与审核模块实现了:数据采集、数据审核。办公及系统管理模块实现了:系统办公、系统管理。山东省农村饮水安全管理系统的实现能有效减缓当地水资源污染严重的问题,并对饮水工程建设提供高效的管理手段,可以说为当地解决了生产生活的—大烦忧,能够有效促进当地经济的发展。
【Abstract】 Now more and more people are focus on safety of drinking water, the state of construction on safety of rural drinking water is also growing. However, due to the impact of physical geography, climate, and development of industrial and agricultural, the issues on safety of rural drinking water have become increasingly prominent. It is understood that most of the rural area of Shandong Province are the presence of high salt, high pollution with Fluoride, to resolve this outstanding safety issues, the relevant part of government is vigorously promoting the construction on safety of rural drinking water management, to ensure the safety of the local drinking water project running efficiently.In this paper, in order to complete the design for management system on safety of rural drinking water, firstly to have a deeply research and understand the status on safety of rural drinking water at home and abroad, combined with specific local circumstances give a detailed business analysis, and then determine the basic technical infrastructure of the system. Using of WEB and GIS technology, as well as B / S structure and multi-architecture system, also combined with the struts framework under the design mode of MVC to implementation. During the design process, also use JavaScript, hibernate, JSP and other technologies to build a complete infrastructure. At the same time, SQL SERVER 2012 version of the database software is used to design the system database.The system is divided in to four business modules:project planning and construction, examination and approval for document, data collection and review, office and systems management. The project planning and construction of the module is realized the industry overview analysis, project planning, and construction. The examination and approval of documents module can realize file declaration, first instance of files, files review, quires of files handlings, and documents management. The date collection and review module can realize:data collection and data review. Office and system management module implements:system office systems management.The realization of management system for safety of rural drinking water of Shandong province, it can effectively reduce the serious problem of pollution on local water resources, to provide efficient management tools on drinking water projects construction and solve major worries of life on local production; it can effectively promote development of local economic.
