【摘要】 近几年中国的医药质量安全问题频有发生,有些医药产业为了获取暴利,生产不合标准的产品,甚至是有毒药物,如皮革胶囊(用工业皮革废料来做成药用胶囊),与此同时,药物的流向问题一直缺失监管。在当今网络快速发展的时代,有必要开发一个针对医药质量安全问题的管理系统,用最少的人力物力将医药产品纳入严格的监管,能够做到每一个医药产品从生产到卖出过程的防伪防窜、全方位跟踪追溯。通过分析医药产品质量追踪管理系统的研究背景,提出国内已有类似系统在医药产品质量追踪管理过程中的缺点。关于技术,系统的整体设计是基于B/S框架的,使用JAVA开发语言对系统进行实现,采用了采用模型-视图-控制器(MVC)设计模式的思想,使用的技术架构是J2EE框架,采用关系型数据库SQL Server2008。基于J2EE的医药产品质量追踪管理系统的用户角色是系统管理员,系统设计与实现了六个模块：基础信息管理模块,生产前管理模块,生产过程管理模块,生产后管理模块、产品取检管理模块和药监码管理模块。基础信息管理实现了渠道链管理、打印企业管理、产品管理、打印模板管理、包装规则管理、功能码打印、自定义码规则及仓库信息管理这八个子功能。生产前管理实现了工控机管理、生产线管理和生产计划管理这三个子功能。生产过程管理实现了对检验单的管理。生产后管理实现了包装关系管理和包装关系导出两个子功能。产品取检管理实现了产品取检的管理。药监码管理实现了对监管码的管理。基于J2EE的医药产品质量追踪管理系统为医药产品的监管提供了方便有效的管理手段,可以实现医药监管的网络化管理,提高相关部门工作效率,从而完善医药产品的信息化管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, China’s pharmaceutical quality and safety problems occurred frequently, in order to reap huge profits, some pharmaceutical industries produce substandard products, even toxic drugs, such as leather capsules (use industrial scrap leather to make medicinal capsules), at the same time, the flow of the drug has been lack of supervision. In the era of rapid development of today’s networks, it is necessary to develop a management system for the pharmaceutical quality and safety issues, using minimum manpower and resources to strictly regulate pharmaceutical products, anti-counterfeiting anti-fluid-channeling, full tracking and tracing each pharmaceutical product from production to sell.By analyzing the background of pharmaceutical product quality tracking management systems, indicating the shortcomings of domestic similar systems existing in the pharmaceutical product quality tracking management process. As foe technologies, the overall design of the system was based on the B/S framework, using JAVA development language for system implementation, adopting the idea of the Model-View-Controller (MVC) design pattern, technical architecture used J2EE framework. Using the relational database SQL Server 2008.The user role of J2EE-based pharmaceutical product quality tracking management system is the system administrator, the system designed and implemented six modules:basic information management module, pre-production management module, production process management module, post-production management module, product sampling inspection management module and drug supervision code management module. Basic information management achieved eight sub-functions, including channel chain management, print business management, product management, print template management, packaging rule management, functional code printing, custom code rule and warehouse information management.. Pre-production management achieved three sub-functions, including IPC management, production line management and production planning management. Production process management achieved the management of test orders. Post-production management achieved two sub-functions, including packaging relation management and packaging relation export. Product sampling inspection management achieved the management of product sampling inspection.
