矿用隔爆型变频一体机的设计和分析

【摘要】 由于煤矿井下的采掘工作面条件恶劣,通道狭窄、采掘高度低、大型设备难以下井、工具短缺,生产设备运输、安装、维护困难,因此要求生产设备必须满足体积小、重量轻、系统故障率低、电磁干扰小、能耗少、系统成本低,以减小设备维护难度和生产成本。矿用隔爆型变频调速一体式电动机由于具备软启动功能、系统故障率低、能耗低、系统维护成本小的优点,完全满足煤矿井下的需求。但是,在变频器和电动机整合成一体式产品以后,在温度设计上仍然存在一些难点。需要采用切实可行的设计方法来保证变频一体机各部位的温度在可接受范围内。然而,矿用隔爆型变频一体机温度计算方法的研究在国内还是空白,有必要对矿用隔爆型变频一体机的温度计算方法进行深入研究。本文的目的是以3300V 1200kW矿用隔爆型变频一体机为原型,研究变频一体机的设计和各部位的温度场有限元计算方法,而且尽量避开复杂、繁琐的理论推导和大量的试验室验证,使其更适合在工厂内推广使用。本文以3300V 1200kW矿用隔爆型变频一体机为原型,重点针对一体机的温度场分析进行了研究,构建了一体机冷却结构,设计了其电动机模型、变频器主电路结构,并对变频电机的损耗、散热系数和温度场进行数字仿真。根据仿真结果与实验数据的对比分析,可以发现最大实验偏差仅为5.5℃,完全满足工程需要,有力的验证了仿真计算结果的可靠性。通过以上研究,证明了本文所建立的仿真模型及仿真分析的方法是可靠、可行的。根据样机型式试验结果,各观察点实际测量温度与上述方法分析计算得到的温度值比较接近,试验偏差均在可接受范围内,证明该方法是可行、有效的。在新的设计方法出现以前,该方法对工厂内的变频一体机设计和温度设计具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Due to the coal mine mining working face conditions, channel narrow, low mining height and large equipment to the well, shortage of tools, production equipment transportation, installation, maintenance difficulties, therefore, requires production equipment to meet the small volume, light weight, low system failure rate, low electromagnetic interference, less energy consumption, low system cost, to reduce the maintenance difficulty and the cost of production. Thanks to have soft start function, low system failure rate, the advantages of low energy consumption, low cost of system maintenance, variable frequency speed regulation system in recent years been promoted; The latest development of it is mine flameproof one-piece motor with variable frequency drive (VFD). With the continuous development and improvement of frequency control of motor drive technology, mine variable frequency speed regulation system is rapidly towards the frequency conversion machine high voltage, large capacity development.But after the inverter and motor integrated into one-piece products, there are still some difficulties on structure design, such as heating components integrated together, can cause the heat source of complex frequency conversion machine, cooling condition deteriorated, plus flameproof frequency converter and the motor’s original sealed, poor heat dissipation characteristics, makes the rise of temperature of the all-in-one particularly prominent problems, must be attention. Therefore, study the temperature distribution of frequency conversion machine is critical, need to adopt the feasible design method to ensure that each part of the frequency conversion machine temperature within acceptable range. Mining flameproof frequency control of motor speed, however, the temperature of the all-in-one calculation method in the domestic research is still blank, it is necessary for mining flameproof frequency control of motor speed all-in-one conduct the thorough research to the calculation method of the temperature.The purpose of this article is 3300 v,1200 kw mining flameproof frequency control of motor speed camera as the prototype, the frequency conversion machine each part of the finite element method to calculate the temperature field, and try to avoid the complicated and tedious theoretical derivation and a large number of laboratory test, to make it more suitable for promotion within the factory.At first, this paper simply describes the design principle of motor, frequency converter and the main structure and performance parameters of the VFD motor, and then, as a foreshadowing for the frequency control of motor speed all-in-one field-circuit coupled transient electromagnetic field simulation, fluid - thermal coupling simulation, obtain the motor parts of each part of the heat source heat and all-in-one coefficient of heat transfer, the final steady state thermal analysis, to obtain temperature field distribution of each part of the frequency control of motor speed machine.According to the type of prototype test results, each observation point method of measuring temperature and the actual analysis of the calculated temperature close to, proved that the method is feasible and effective. Before the new design method appear, the design method of one-piece motor and temperature field within the plant design has a certain reference value.
