【摘要】 目前,我国企业正处于经济转型重要时期,技术创新能力培养成为企业发展的重中之重。技术多元化作为提升技术能力的重要手段受到越来越多学者关注,对技术多元化与企业创新绩效关系的研究也越来越丰富。但是,现有文献主要侧重单一因素对两者关系的调节影响,拘泥于单调的研究系统,忽视了不同因素的交互影响。本文引入技术深度和互补资产,分析这两个因素对技术多元化与企业创新绩效关系的调节作用。另外,鉴于企业所处行业特征的不同,我们考虑到技术多元化对企业创新绩效的作用可能会受到影响,本文通过分析IT通信企业以及医药化工企业两种具有不同技术特征的行业类型,分别研究技术多元化对企业创新绩效的影响的不同情况。通过对我国120家上市公司2008-2012年的面板数据的实证分析,得出技术深度对技术多元化与企业创新绩效之间有着正向的调节作用,市场专用互补资产与人力专用互补资产同样起到正向调节作用,但生产制造专用互补资产的调节作用并不明显。研究进一步发现,技术深度与市场专用互补资产、生产制造互补资产的调节作用有着互相替代的关系,而技术深度与人力专用互补资产之间的调节作用是正相关的。同时,技术多元化对企业创新绩效的作用受到行业特征的影响。研究结论对我国企业在资源实力有限的条件下,技术多元化过程中,如何有效配置和拓展资源来提升创新绩效具有显著的实践指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, our country enterprises are in the important economic transition period.Technological innovation ability becomes the key of enterprises development. Technological diversification as an important means of improving the capacity of technology has gained more and more scholars’ attention and the study on the relationship between technological diversification and firm innovation performance is becoming more and more rich. However, existing literature mainly focuses on the single moderating factor in the relationship,constrained by the monotony of research system and ignores the interaction of different factors.The article explores the relationship between technological diversification and firm innovation performance, taking into account the effects of technological depth and complementary assets. In addition, in view of the characteristics of different enterprise industries, we consider technological diversification on the role of the enterprise innovation performance may be affected. So,in this article,we analyze the effect of technology diversification to the enterprise innovation performance in different technical characteristic industry types IT communications and medicine-chemicals. Through empirical analysis of 2008-2012 panel data of 120 Chinese listed companies, the results show that technological depth has positive moderating effect on the relationship between technological diversification and firm innovation performance, while marketing and human capital specialized complementary assets are the same, but the moderating effect of production specialized complementary assets is not obvious. Further study find that the effects of technological depth and marketing, production specialized complementary assets are alternative to each other, while the moderating effects of technological depth and human capital specialized complementary assets have positive correlation.At the same time, the effect of technology diversification to the enterprise innovation performance is affected by the industry characteristics. The study results have important managerial implications on how to effectively formulating technology strategy to enhance firm innovation performance.更多还原
