如厕时生理信息检测系统研制

【摘要】 论文详细描述了如厕时生理信息检测系统的结构组成、工作原理、硬件设计以及软件控制流程。系统以坐便器为载体,四个高精度称重传感器分别安装于装置底部四周,加压装置和光电传感器安装于座圈右腿股动脉所在处下方。通过高精度称重传感器可以检测体重、排泄量等参数,配合PIC18F42单片机可以实现排泄速度的检测。机械加压机构、压力传感器和光电传感器在PIC18F452单片机控制下实现血压和心率的检测。论文采用24位高精度A/D转换器及A/D转换参考电压与传感器激励电压使用同一稳压电源模块的方法实现大范围高精度测量,从而实现使用同一套称重传感器测量体重、排泄量及排泄速度。血压检测过程中采用双螺旋机械加压机构加压,解决了袖带加压操作麻烦、不易清理等问题,同时也减小了装置与人体的接触面积;采用由6个发光二极管及3个光电二极管构成的高精度光电传感器能够有效地检测出腿部股动脉脉搏波信号,为血压检测精度提供了保障。实验结果表明,该如厕时生理信息检测系统具有较高的精度,可以在如厕时实现人体体重、排泄量、排泄速度、股动脉血压、心率的无意识、无拘束测量。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the structure, operating principle, hard-ware design and software control process of the physiological information measuring system during toilefing. The system is installed on a toilet. Four high-precision weighing sensors are installed on the bottom of the equipment. The pressure device and photoelectric sensor are installed on the area that locates under the right leg’s arteria femoralis of toilet seat.Weight and excretion can be measured by high-precision weighing sensors. Excretion rate can be measured when the weighing sensors are working with PIC18F452 MCU.Blood pressure and heart rate can be measured by mechanical pressure device, pressure sensor and photoelectric sensor when the PIC18F452 MCU controls them.We use 24 bits ADC and use the same regulated power supply as reference voltage of ADC and driving voltage of weighing sensor.So that big range high-precision measurement can come true.In other word, weight, excretion and excretion rate can be measured by the same set of sensors.During measuring blood pressure we use double helix mechanical pressure device to increase pressure.The problems of complex and uneasy to clear when using cuff to increase pressure are solved by this way.It also reduce the touch area between the equipment and body.The high-precision photoelectric sensor which is made up six LEDs and three photo diodes can measure the pulse wave of leg’s arteria femoralis effectively.It provides guarantee for the accuracy of blood pressure measurement.The experiment results show that the result of the toilet physiological information measuring system is precision.The measurement of unconsciousness and unrestrained weight, excretion rate, blood pressure and heart rate is realized by this system.
