寒冷地区水工混凝土耐久性防护剂应用研究

【摘要】 本研究以寒冷地区水工混凝土耐久性防护剂为研究对象,在总结前期工作和国内外调研基础上,围绕寒区水工混凝土耐久性防护剂的渗透防水机理进行深入的探讨,通过室内试验、数据比较与工程实践相结合的研究方法,研究寒区水工混凝土耐久性防护剂性能。通过试验对比分析,研究不同工艺下寒区水工混凝土耐久性防护剂在混凝土中的渗透反应后对混凝土物理力学性能与耐久性能的影响规律。主要通过比较混凝土的基准件和试验件的抗渗、抗冻、碳化、强度和耐磨的变化来反应该无机防护剂对混凝土性能改善。在微观方面,通过压汞试验、电子显微镜等实验工具,解释了防护剂的渗入防护机理,对寒区水工混凝土耐久性防护剂对混凝土耐久性改善机理进行宏微观比较研究。通过工程实践,研究不同施工方法、处理方式与工艺参数对水工混凝土耐久性的影响规律及水工混凝土耐久性防护剂在实际工程使用效果。经试验研究和工程实践表明:使用耐久性防护剂对水工混凝土进行表面强化处理,防护剂通过与混凝土内部生成物的结晶固化反应生成新的填充物,使混凝土中的有害孔隙被填充、堵塞和隔断,提高混凝土表层的密实度,水工混凝土的耐久性的到改善,降低结构维护和维修费用,延长水工混凝土构筑物的使用寿命。
【Abstract】 In this study, the durability of hydraulic concrete in cold areas Protectant for the study, summarizing the preliminary work and research at home and abroad on the basis of the mechanism of cold water infiltration area around hydraulic concrete durability protectants depth discussion, through laboratory tests, methods of data compared with the combination of engineering practice, research in cold regions hydraulic concrete durability repellant properties. Through comparative analysis of the test, after repellant penetration reaction in concrete under the influence of different technological research on the mechanical properties and durability of concrete physical energy.Mainly through impermeability, frost, carbonation, changes in strength and wear parts and test pieces benchmark comparison of concrete to be inorganic anti-repellant properties of concrete improvements. In the micro level, by mercury testing, electron microscopy and other experimental tools, explains penetrate protective mechanism protectants, for cold regions hydraulic concrete mechanism to improve the durability of concrete durability repellant comparative study of macro and micro.Through engineering practice, study construction methods, handling and process parameters hydraulic concrete durability and using effects of protective agent durability. The test research and engineering practice shows: Use of hydraulic concrete durability repellant surface hardening treatment, repellant generate new filler and concrete curing reaction by crystallization internal product, so that the concrete harmful pores are filled, blocking and cut off, increase the density of the concrete surface, the concrete surface becomes hydrophobic interface that allows lower water absorption, prevent environmentally harmful media intrusion internal hydraulic concrete, effectively improve the durability of hydraulic concrete, reducing structural maintenance and repair costs, extend the service life of hydraulic concrete structures.
