青岛地铁五江区间隧道下穿建筑施工方法研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的快速发展,人民生活水平提高,越来越多的交通工具出现,地面交通日渐繁忙,急需开发地下空间。目前国内很多大中城市已经在积极修建或者筹备地铁。截至目前,包括北上广等已有多条运营的地铁的超大城市和青岛、昆明、杭州等刚起步建设地铁的城市,我国共有25个城市正在修建地铁,另外有26个城市正在筹备地铁建设,包括绵阳、扬州、株洲等。地铁建成能够缓解地面交通,方便日常出行,但在地铁建设的同时,也会引发一系列的问题,如交通占道会加剧道路拥堵,地铁建设导致地层变形,从而影响周边环境的安全,特别是下穿或侧穿时对建筑物的影响极大。地铁施工过程中会不断扰动地层,导致地层变形,直接影响临近建筑物的状态,极可能出现不均匀沉降、倾斜、裂缝等不利情况,给建筑物安全带来隐患。同时,建筑物自身有一定的抵抗变形和破坏的能力。因此,可通选择合适的施工方法,在施工过程中通过施工开挖和支护技术控制,达到控制下穿建筑物变形在安全范围内;同时可以在地铁施工过程中,对建筑物的主体结构进行或地基基础进行加固,提高建筑物的整体刚度,增加抵抗变形的能力,达到确保既有建筑物安全的目的。本文主要是研究青岛地铁五江区间隧道下穿建筑的施工方法,通过选择合适的钻爆设计参数达到控制爆破的目的、进行建筑基础加固、采取自动监测配合传统监测进行施工指导以及制定合理的事故预防和处理措施,很好地解决了复杂地质条件下安全下穿建筑群的施工安全问题。目前五江区间土建施工已经完成,施工过程中未发生安全事故,各项监测指标正常,最终保证了7座下穿建筑物的安全。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of our country economy, people’s living standards, more and more traffic tools appear, the ground transportation is getting busy, need to develop underground space. At present, many large and medium cities have been actively building or preparing for the subway. Up to now, including Metro North has a number of operations of large cities and Qingdao, Kunming, Hangzhou and other just started the urban subway construction, I between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China has 25 cities being built subway. In addition, there are 26 cities are preparing for the subway construction, including Mianyang, Yangzhou, Zhuzhou. The subway can be built to alleviate traffic on the ground, convenient for daily travel, but in subway construction at the same time, cause a series of problems, such as traffic lane will be increasing road congestion, subway construction lead to deformation of the strata, thus affecting the safety of the surrounding environment, especially under wear or side wear to the building of a great impact.Subway construction process will continue in the disturbed strata, resulting in deformation of the strata, directly affects the state of adjacent buildings, is very likely to appear uneven settlement, tilt, cracks and other adverse circumstances, which brings hidden trouble to the safety of buildings. At the same time, the building itself has a certain ability to resist deformation and damage. Therefore, through the choice of appropriate construction methods, in the construction process through the excavation and support techniques to control, to achieve control through building deformation in the safe range; at the same time in the process of subway construction, to the main structure of the building of foundation is solid, improve the building of rectification stiffness, increase the ability to resist deformation to ensure not only the safety of buildings.The main purpose of this paper is research Qingdao Subway wujo tunnel be-neath the building construction method, by choosing suitable drilling blasting design parameters to achieve the purpose of controlled blasting and building foundation reinforcement and the adoption of automatic monitoring with traditional monitoring to guide the construction and formulate reasonable accident prevention and treatment measures, is solved under complex geological conditions, safety wear buildings con-struction. Currently Wujiang section civil construction has been completed, safety accidents did not occur in the process of construction, the monitoring indicators of normal, and ultimately ensure the 7 seat beneath the building safety.
