太阳能热水器CCC认证检测技术的研究

【摘要】 为了严控产品质量,确保人民生命和财产安全,我国对家电产品推行强制产品质量认证(CCC认证)。带辅助电加热的太阳能热水器即属于此认证范畴。但由于该产品具有的特殊性质,目前在其CCC认证中存在诸多问题和争议。因此,科学分析进而合理解决这些问题,对合理高效地实施该类产品强制产品质量认证;确保产品的安全性能;更好地保障消费者的利益,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。在前期调研和充分参阅国内外资料的基础上,详细分析了国内外产品认证制度现状,特别是我国CCC认证制度的起源、发展以及存在的问题。本文以带辅助电加热的太阳能热水器为主要研究对象,对太阳能热水器CCC认证检测技术的现状进行了分析和研究,总结归纳了目前型式试验过程中存在的问题,对该类产品CCC认证检测型式试验的检测流程提出了优化改进建议。笔者结合自己对该类产品的多年检测经验,全面细致的分析了传统的型式试验检测流程,找出了造成型式试验周期超长的原因;针对此问题提出了解决方案。并用优化后的方案,对太阳能热水器进行了检测实验。在对改进的试验过程进行了详细的论证后,可知经过优化的检测方案有效地提高了检测效率和准确性,大大缩短了该类产品CCC认证检测型式试验周期,对检测机构和生产企业而言,具有重要的实用价值和经济效益。在对太阳能热水器的型式试验的检测流程进行优化之后,进一步研究了其型式试验现行检测标准的适用性。结合温度采样试验,对检测标准提出了可行的优化完善方案,进一步完善了太阳能热水器认证检测技术,对提高太阳能热水器认证检测水平具有一定的现实意义。受时间和条件所限,本课题在对现行认证标准的适用性研究等问题上还不够深入。完善一部检测标准绝非易事,也希望认证机构能够给予重视,促使更多的人参与到认证标准的实用性研究中来,从而更好的保证产品的安全性能,保护消费者的利益。
【Abstract】 China Compulsory Certification (CCC) for household appliances is to strictly control product quality and ensure safety of person and property, and solar water heaters with auxiliary electrical heating are within the scope of this certification.However, due to their special nature, there are a number of problems and disputes in CCC of these products. Therefore, scientific analysis and reasonable solution of these problems have important theoretical significance and application value to reasonably and efficiently implement the compulsory quality certification of such products, ensure their safety performance and better protect the interests of consumers.Based on the preliminary investigation and the complete review of domestic and overseas literature, this paper analyzed the current situation of domestic and overseas product certification systems, in particular the origin, development and problems of CCC.This paper mainly studied the solar water heater with auxiliary electrical heating, analyzed and researched the status of CCC testing technology for solar water heaters, summarized the problems existing in the existing type test and made suggestions to optimize and improve CCC type testing process.The author combined years of experience in testing such products, comprehensively analyzed the traditional type testing process, identified the causes of long test cycle and proposed the solution accordingly. The author then used the optimized solution for testing solar water heaters. The demonstration of the improved test process showed that the optimized testing solution effectively improved the testing efficiency and accuracy, greatly reduced CCC type testing cycle of such products, and brought important practical value and economic benefits to the testing organization and enterprise.After the type testing process of the solar water heater was optimized, the applicability of the existing testing standard was further studied. In combination with the temperature sampling test, feasible optimization and improvement of the testing standard were proposed, which further improved the certification and testing technology of the solar water heater and had certain practical significance for improving the certification and testing level of the solar water heater.Restricted by time and conditions, this paper is not enough for the applicability study of the existing certification standard, for it is not easy to improve a testing standard. The certification body is expected to pay attention to and encourage more people to participate in the study on the practicability of certification standards so as to better ensure the safety performance of products and protect the interests of consumers.
