高校学生心理安全影响因素的探索与验证

【摘要】 作为2011年国家人文社会科学研究项目“高校学生心理安全教育、问题预防、症状处理及危机干预”课题的一部分,“高校学生心理安全影响因素的探索与验证”针对高校现行心理工作无法满足高校学生实际需要这一客观事实,我们开展了高校学生心理安全教育工作手册内容建构的研究,目的是为高校辅导员构建具有时代性、系统性、可操作性、科学性等特点的高校学生心理安全教育工作手册,让高校学生心理工作更加适应新时期教育实践的要求。基于以上的目的,我们从以下两个方面开展了本研究:首先,采用问卷调查法,从对影响高校学生心理安全因素的调查入手,发放开放式问卷搜集影响高校学生心理安全的因素。共得到影响高校学生心理安全的条目。将这些条目编制成问卷。再通过项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析等统计方法分析出影响高校学生心理安全的因素有7个。这7个因素分别是:消极自我评价,包含我总觉得自己得不到他人的认可等7个条目;担心受到伤害,包含我总是担心像地震一样的自然灾害会发生等8个条目;自卑,包含到底要不要当个班干部让我很纠结等3个条目;抱怨外界环境,包含班级的一些管理办法让我很压抑等4个条目;害怕被人取笑,包含我很害怕被人取笑等3个条目;担忧未来,包含我总会为自己的专业前景而担忧等3个条目;苦恼于人际关系,包含人际关系不好让我很苦恼等3个条目。在高校学生心理安全影响因素结构结构的基础上建构了《辅导员心理安全教育工作手册》。手册以高校辅导员为读者群,内容涵盖了高校辅导员开展心理安全教育工作的各个方面。手册内容系统全面,条理清晰,能基本满足辅导员开展心理安全教育工作的需要。手册的建构对于转变高校传统的、以心理咨询为主的心理教育方式,提高高校学生心理工作效率具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 As a part of 2011 the national humanity and social science research project "University Students’ Psychological Safety Education, Problem Prevention, symptoms treatment and crisis intervention", facing the fact that university psychological work can’t meet the needs of students psychological education, we carried out this research. We aim to construct a handbook of undergraduates’psychological safety education for universities’ counselors, which has the characteristics of timely, systematic, practicality and scientific, etc. It could let undergraduates’psychological work adapt the requirements of education practice in the new period. Basing on the purposes above, we carried out this study from the two following two aspects:First, the research started from the factors which may have influence on undergraduates’psychological safety. By issuing open questionnaires, collected a number of related factors. Then we change these factors into questionnaires and issue them, take them back to analysis. By item analysis^ exploratory factor analysis、confirmatory factor analysis and other statistical methods, we analyze 7 factors which have great influence on undergraduates’psychological safety. They are:Negative self-evaluation,contains seven items such as I always feel that I can not get the recognition of others;Worry about hurt,contains eight items such as I always worried about natural disasters like earthquake happens etc;Inferiority,Contains three items such as I really want to be a class cadre let me struggle;Complain about the environment,contains four items such as some of the class measures for the administration let me very depressed;Afraid of being made fun of,contains three items such as I’m afraid of being made fun of;Worry about the future,contains three items such as I always worried about my own professional prospects;Plagued by interpersonal relationship,contains three items such as interpersonal relationship is bad let me very upset. Based on empirical study, take the main factors as the clue, we construct a handbook 《Handbook of Psychological Safety Education(for University Counselors)》. The handbook is of readership for college counselors. Content covers all aspects of university counselors psychological safety education work. The handbook content system comprehensive, clear, can basically meet the need of counselors to carry out psychological safety education work. The construction of the handbook mainly focuses on the psychological counseling for transforming the traditional mode of psychological education, improve the efficiency of college students’mental work is of great significance.
