寒冷地区体外预加力碳纤维板加固在役预应力混凝土连续箱梁受力性能研究

【摘要】 本文以呼和浩特市鼓楼立交桥A1主线桥第16跨~第22跨预应力混凝土连续箱型梁桥为工程背景,针对预应力混凝土连续箱型梁桥存在的病害状况,并结合桥梁现场荷载试验评价桥梁基于现行规范的受力性能,在此基础上,对体外预加力碳纤维板加固预应力混凝土连续箱型梁桥损伤结构进行数值模拟分析,评价寒冷地区基于体外预加力碳纤维板加固设计的有效性,并对加固方案提出优化建议,为寒冷地区类似病害桥梁的处理提供技术依据。本论文在现场病害调查的基础上主要主要进行如下工作:1、对依托工程进行详细的现场调查,掌握设计资料,并总结国内外体外预加力碳纤维板加固方法的研究现状。2、结合鼓楼立交桥设计资料,通过对原桥进行基于现行规范的计算与验算,结果表明损伤前该桥满足现行规范的受力性能要求。3、通过桥梁外观裂缝检测和桥梁无损检测总结该桥存在的主要病害,分析和讨论病害产生的具体原因;并对加固前预应力混凝土连续箱梁进行基于现行规范的现场静载试验,运用有限元软件Midas/FEA330模拟对比分析,评价鼓楼立交桥加固前损伤后主梁的受力性能,研究结果表明,该桥梁底纵向预应力不足。4、在已知桥梁损伤状况的基础上,结合桥梁实际加固方案,对体外预加力碳纤维板加固后的桥梁受力状况进行数值模拟,通过计算分析桥梁的加固效果;在满足城-B级荷载等级的基础上,探讨其超载性能,并对原加固方案提出优化建议。结果表明,碳纤维板能显著改善旧桥受力性能。

【Abstract】 Taking the 16-22-span pre-stressed concrete continuous beam of Al main bridge of Gulou overpass in Hohhot as engineering background, aming at disease status for prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridges and combined with evaluation of bridge load test, this paper discusses the stress performance on the base of the current standard of bridge. Next, numerical simulating analysis for the damaged structures of prestressed concrete continuous bridge with prestressed CFRP plate is analysed. The superiority of effectiveness of prestressed CFRP-lamina was appraised in the cold region, and its optimization scheme is analyzed. The method and the approach about prestressed CFRP plate provide the technological basis for similar result diseases of bridge in this paper. Main content on the paper was summarized as follows:Firstly, based on the detailed survey of Gulou overpass, the existing research achievements, at home and abroad, on external prestressed CFRP-lamina are systematically analyzed.Secondly, combined the engineering design information of Gulou overpass, through calculation on old bridge with current bridge codes, some preinjury mechanical behavior about structural performances was obtained.Thirdly, owing to the bridge crack checking and concrete nondestructive testing, the main diseases of bridges are summarized, and the specific reasons of the bridge diseases are analyzed. Through assessment and analysis using finite element software Midas/FEA330 on field static load tests of bridges, evaluate mechanical behavior of Gulou overpass after strengthening damage main girder.Finally, force analysis considering damage effect of materials is studied for concrete structures. With practical construction examples, numerical simulating analysis for the prestressed concrete continuous bridge with prestressed CFRP plate is analysed. On the basis of grade B of loadings for the municipal bridge design, this paper explores the overload performance and put forward optimization analysis.
