冷轧平整机组控制系统升级改造研究

【摘要】 本文是结合某冷轧厂一条50年代建成的平整机组在升级改造过程中,对设备进行设计、安装、调试工作所应用到的技术和积累的经验完成的。该厂现有一条已改造完成的直流系统平整机组和两条全新的可逆轧机机组并运行稳定,为新改造机组提供可靠的技术支撑。新改造机组要求设备和技术同行业领先,维护简单,故障率低,控制系统自主完成。本文结合平整机组设备控制特性和现场实际,通过实地调研和数据分析,进行设备选型设计和调试编程,并对所应用技术进行研究分析。改造后机组投入生产后,设备运行效果良好,操作环境友好,维护工具全面,有效提高了平整机组的生产能力和产品质量。论文内容主要包括:(1)平整机组电控设备硬件选型,进行PLC设备组态,DP和以太网通讯连接。(2)传动系统安装和调试,完成直流系统向交流系统的改造,对电机动态响应进行研究分析,并对卷径计算编程设计。(3)设计完成二级系统和HMI监控画面,完成二级系统与基础自动化的数据交换和与三级生产系统的数据交换,并研究计算机控制系统数学模型。(4)顺序控制编程设计,在原有顺序控制逻辑基础上,用PLC语言编制新程序并增加必要的顺序控制逻辑。(5)机架控制设计分析,结合液压辊缝控制,弯辊控制和延伸率控制分析研究机架工艺特点。最后,根据论文的研究工作得出结论,从中发现问题,指出不足,并且进一步提出下一步的工作计划和研究方向。论文中的一些成果对于平整生产和维护具有一定的指导意义与参考价值。

【Abstract】 The thesis is based on the upgrading and transforming process of a SPM Control Unit of a cold strip factory, which was built by in 50s, by combining the technology and the experience collected from the design, installation and commissioning of the project. The factory has a transformed SPM of DC system and 2 totally new reversible mills under stable operation, which provide reliable technique support for the new transformed unit. The new transformed unit requires leading equipments and technology in the same industry, easy to maintain, low failure rate, and autonomous control system.By combining features of SPM control and the actual situation, site survey and data analysis, the lectotype, design, debugging and programming of equipments are carried out, and also the research and analysis to the applied technology. The transformed unit has been put into production. The equipments appear a good function, friendly operation and comprehensive maintenance, which increase the production ability and quality of SPM. Research content mainly includes:(1) Hardware lectotype of SPM electric control equipment, configure of PLC equipments,and the communicating junction between DP and Ethernet.(2) Install and debug the drive system, complicate the transformation from DC system to AC system, research and analyze the dynamic response of motors, and program and design the coil diameter calculation.(3) Finish the design of secondary system and HMI monitor picture, finish the data exchange between the secondary system and basic automation, and between the secondary system and the third production system, and research on computer control system mathematical model.(4) Programming design of sequential control t, and on the basis of sequential control logics, make new programs and add necessary sequential control logics with PLC language.(5) Analyze the design of frame control, analyze and research the process characteristics of the frame by combining hydraulic gap control, roll bending control and elongation control.In the end, conclusions according to research work of project and paper have been drawn; following work and research directions have been pointed out. Some research achievements in this thesis have certain instructional meaning and reference value to future in Smooth Pass.
