【摘要】 加快发展文化产业,已经成为当今国际社会应对金融危机、实现经济可持续发展的共同选择,也是各国加快转变经济发展方式的重大举措,更是建设创新型政府赢得国际竞争新优势的迫切需要。2009年以来,我国将文化产业发展上升为国家战略性产业,各地纷纷响应,结合地方特色创新发展文化产业。因此,如何发挥各地区发展文化产业的优势,厘清文化产业发展的理论依据与现实意义,促进各地区文化产业创新发展,树立地区品牌,推动地区经济社会全面发展十分重要。喀左县全称喀喇沁左翼蒙古族自治县,位于辽宁省西部,经济发展相对落后,产业结构不尽合理,但这里拥有发展文化产业得天独厚的条件：喀左属于少数民族自治县,历史悠久,文化灿烂,境内曾出土了大量紫砂陶器,其中东山嘴红山文化祭祀遗址出土的无头孕妇陶塑像,被誉为“东方维纳斯”,将中华文明史提前了1000多年。据研究者实地探究喀左境内拥有至少10亿吨的紫砂土资源,而且品质堪比我国紫砂产业最发达的江苏省宜兴市。随着2009年我国将文化产业发展上升为国家战略性产业,喀左县政府抓住机遇,并着力将其打造成全县两大集群产业之一本文运用公共管理的相关理论知识,采用文献研究、比较研究、实证研究等方法,以辽宁省喀左县作为调研对象,以加快喀左县紫陶文化产业发展为目的,通过对喀左县紫陶文化产业发展的历程回顾,总结了喀左县紫陶产业发展取得的成绩,剖析了喀左县紫陶文化产业发展存在的问题及其成因,借鉴国内外发展文化产业的成功经验,对喀左县紫陶文化产业发展进行了方案设计和论证,从完善市场主体、加强政策扶持、健全保障体系和转变政府职能等四个方面,提出加快喀左县紫陶文化产业发展的对策建议。更多还原

Therefore, how to take advantage of the development of cultural industries in different regions, to clarify the theoretical basis and practical significance of cultural industry development, promoting innovation and development of the regional cultural industries, and establish regional brands, promoting regional economic and social development is very important.Kazuo full name kalaqin Left Mongolian Autonomous County, located in western Liaoning Province, the economy is relatively backward, irrational industrial structure, but here the development of cultural industries have unique conditions:Kazuo belonging to ethnic minority autonomous counties, has a long history and splendid culture, the territory has unearthed a large number of Yixing pottery, which Dongshanzui ritual Hongshan culture relics unearthed pottery pregnant headless statue, known as the "Oriental Venus", the history of Chinese civilization 1,000 years earlier.
