【摘要】 当今,企业培训工作越来越受到人们的重视,各类培训机构风生水起,然而作为以盈利为目的的企业,特别是自动化程度极高的现代化企业,不可能配备大量的专职培训人员来满足企业的培训需求,所以企业需要开发一套E-learning培训管理系统来解决这一问题。本文从江淮汽车公司培训现状出发,结合培训的实际要求,提出E-leaRNing培训管理系统的解决方案。本文首先通过对企业E-learning培训相关研究背景进行调研之后,介绍了研究的意义。其次,通过对需求分析进行了详细的描述,主要叙述了系统设计的目的、可行性分析,以及系统的架构分析,在模型设计中,采用UML用例图和广泛使用的对象模型；通过Java的开发工具基于JSP技术进行开发。数据库设计方面利用ER图划分了系统的数据关系。接着对系统的功能架构进行详细分析,同时对系统模块的数据表结构进行了设计。然后实现系统的功能模块,最后通过对系统的性能、安全、功能等方面进行测试,并设计了部分测试用例完成系统测试。本文系统包括了系统管理、培训管理、考试管理和认证管理等八大模块,系统采用的基于组件的开发技术使得系统具有跨平台性好、可扩展性强、可重用性高等特点。经过具体的编码实现和系统测试,E-learning培训管理系统中各模块均已成功实现,并投入使用。经实际使用效果证明,该系统性能良好、稳定性高,能够满足企业培训管理工作的实际需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today, the enterprise training work more and more get the attention of the people, all kinds of training institutions are flawed, but as a for-profit business, especially the high degree of automation of inodern enterprise, can’t be equipped with a large number of full-time training personnel to meet the training needs of the enterprise, so enterprises need to develop a set of E-learning training management system to solve this problem. From jianghuai automobile company training present situation, this paper combined with the actual needs of training, put forward the E-learning training management system solutions.This article first through to the enterprise E-learning training related research background research, this paper introduces the significance of research. Secondly, through the description of needs analysis in detail, mainly describes the purpose of system design, feasibility analysis, and system architecture analysis, in the model design, USES the UML use case diagram and the widespread use of object model; With Java development tool based on JSP technology development. Database design using ER graph partition the data relationship of the system. Then a detailed analysis on the function of the system architecture, the data table structure of system module design. Then realize the function modules of the system, and finally through to the system performance, safety, function test, test case design and the complete system tests.This system includes system management, training management, test management and certification management, and other eight modules, system adopts component-based development technology makes the system has good cross-platform, strong extensibility, high reusability, etc. Through specific code realization and system test, E-learning training management module of the system have been successfully implemented, and put into use.
