基于齿轮箱维修数据的失效模式及维修策略研究

【摘要】 本文首先对韶山3B机车齿轮箱的维修数据进行处理,得到了机车走行部A节、D6右位置齿轮箱的失效间隔时间。利用机车齿轮箱第一次失效前的工作时间,分别与可靠性中常见的三个典型分布——对数正态分布、威布尔分布和伽马分布进行拟合,发现拟合效果很好,并估计出了三个典型分布的参数。接着,仍然利用这组数据计算出相应时间点齿轮箱的失效频率,将此失效频率与上述三个典型分布的失效率函数进行拟合,发现拟合效果很不好。基于同一组数据,分布函数的拟合效果和失效频率与失效率函数的拟合效果相差很大,这为证明失效率函数相比分布函数在刻画部件失效规律方面更敏感、更直观提供了依据。在观测了多个机车的维修数据后,发现齿轮箱总在运行的前段时间出现短时间内多次失效、多次维修的现象,本文基于齿轮箱的现场维修数据提出了齿轮箱的两种失效模式,并从失效率出发分别得到了相应的分布参数。最后,综合考虑齿轮箱的两类失效模式,对齿轮箱提出了维修策略。假设对齿轮箱的预防性维修是非完美维修,在每个预防性维修周期的前T0时间内加入周期性的检测性维修。以齿轮箱的维修费用率最小为目标函数,考虑两类失效的齿轮箱可靠度为约束条件,建立了结合预防性维修、周期性检测维修和更换维修的齿轮箱维修优化模型,得到了齿轮箱最佳预防性维修周期、检测性维修次数和替换周期。在实际的机车维修工作中,为提高齿轮箱的维修效率、减少维修成本提供了参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】 At first, this article processed the Shao Shan 3B gearbox maintenance data, achieved some numbers of time between failure of the A running gear、the D6 right position of the gearbox.Using the some working hours before the first failure of locomotive gearbox fitted the common three typical distributions of reliability theory-lognormal, Weibull distribution and Gamma distribution, found that the fitting effect is very good, and estimate the three typical distribution coefficient.Then, still take advantage of the some sets of data to calculate the some time points gearbox failure frequency, this failure and the failure rate function of frequency distributions of the three typical fitting, found fitting effect is very bad. Thus, the failure rate function compared with the distribution function in depicting component failure rule more sensitive and more intuitive. After observing the multiple locomotive maintenance data, found that the gear box always failure and repair many times appeared in a short period of time. This paper proposes two types failure mode of gear box, and corresponding distribution parameters have been obtained respectively from failure rate.Finally, consider the two types failure mode of gearbox, the maintenance strategies are put forward. Assumption of preventive maintenance for gear box is imperfect maintenance, before each preventive maintenance cycle time there are the detection of periodic maintenance. The objective function is minimum maintenance fee, consider the reliability function of two types of failure mode as constraint conditions, and established a combination of preventive maintenance, periodic inspection maintenance and replacement maintenance optimization model. Then this article have the best preventive maintenance cycle of gearbox, the best number of inspection maintenance and the best time to replace. In the actual locomotive repair work, it provides references to improve the maintenance efficiency of gear box, reduce the maintenance cost.
