【摘要】 青铜温鼎是商周时期出现的形制特殊的青铜食器。相对于青铜鼎,温鼎形制和功能较特殊。本文对目前所见的商周青铜温鼎进行全面统计,通过类型学分析研究,深入探讨了青铜温鼎的在商周时期出现和汉代消失的原因,认为青铜温鼎在战国以后演变为青铜温炉,最终被温炉所取代。一直以来,学术界认为温鼎只有加热食物这一种功能。通过文献资料和出土实物资料对比研究,本文认为青铜温鼎具有多种功能,除了可温热食物外,还具有煎制食物的功能,并且在汉代以前,青铜温鼎可能作为染食之器。另外,从青铜温鼎的出土情况看,墓葬等级皆是君王或其夫人、大臣、将军、方国首领等,并且出土位置皆是墓葬中的重要位置,或在头厢、或在棺椁之间。所以青铜温鼎在商周青铜礼器中占有重要的地位。青铜温鼎体现了商周时期食与礼、礼与政的特殊关系。此类器物的出现是商周时期礼制的需要,同其他青铜异形器共同体现了使用者的身份和地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bronze WenDing is a special shape feeder which appeared in Shang and Zhou dynasty. Relative to the bronze,Wen Ding has special shape and function.In this thesis, making the comprehensive statistics on bronze WenDing of Shang Zhou dynasty.Through the typological analysis,Deeply probes into the reasons of bronze WenDing appearance and disappearance.In my opinion,bronze WenDing had been evolved into bronze the furnace that can be used as heatting food after The warring states period,and replaced by the bronze furnace eventually.For a long time,most scholars believe that bronze WenDing is only a kind of function. Through literature material and unearthed data comparison research,this study suggests that WenDing has a variety of functions..besides can heat food, but also has the function of pan-fried food, and before the han dynasty, the bronze WenDing could be used as tableware that filled with juice,people can dipping juice enjoy food in Han dynast.From the unearthed situation of bronze WenDing, burial level are all the King or his wife,ministers, generals, and the leaders, and located in an important position in the grave, or near the head,or between the coffins. So the bronze WenDing occupies an important position in the Shang and Zhou dynasty bronze ritual vessels.Bronze WenDing reflects a special relationship between food and ritual,ritual and politic.
