陕西及山西不同地区玉米营养价值检测与霉菌毒素污染情况分析

【摘要】 本试验共收集陕西及山西不同地区2014年玉米共15个样品,主要包括陕西三原、华县、富平、泾阳、高陵、澄县、武功、阎良以及山西运城、新绛等地区,分别从玉米样品的容重、水分含量、粗蛋白含量、粗脂肪含量、霉变率、霉菌毒素污染情况等方面进行检测并进行统计分析。统计结果显示样品水分含量在14.56%~16.21%之间,所有试验样品水分含量均超出国家饲用玉米标准;样品中容重达到一级标准的为9号与10号样品,分别为710.87 g/L和711.53 g/L,即陕西高陵及泾阳地区,13号样品容重最低,为山西运城地区样品;粗蛋白的含量在7.35%~8.94%之间;玉米样品的粗脂肪含量有较大差异,含量最高的样品与最低样品相差2.11个百分点,不同地区玉米样品粗脂肪含量的变异系数也有较大差异;不同地区来源玉米样品中霉变率有7个样品未达到标准,不合格率将近50%;试验样品中除陕西泾阳、武功及山西运城三个样品外,其他样品黄曲霉毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮及呕吐毒素三种霉菌毒素均为阴性,收集的不同地区玉米样品中,呕吐毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮的感染率比较高。综合分析以上指标,泾阳地区玉米品质较好。

【Abstract】 The experiment collected 15 corn samples in different region of shaanxi and shanxi province, including sanyuan, huaxian, jingyang, gaoling, chengxian, wugong, yaliang in shaanxi and yuncheng,xinjiang in shanxi. And they are detected and analysed from unit weigt, moisture content, crude protein content, fat content, mildew rate, mycotoxin contamination and so on. Experimental data show that the moisture content is between 14.56%~16.21%, it is above the Chinese Maize Standards for Feed, the unit weight of the samples which reach the national first level standard is Number 9(710.87 g/L) from gaoling and Number 10(711.53 g/L) from jingyang, the lowest one is Number 13 from yuncheng of shaanxi; the crude protein content is between 7.35%~8.94%; and there are big differences in fat content among the samples, it differs by 2.11 percent between the highest amount of fat content and the lowest, and the differences in coefficient of variation of the samples also; there are 7 samples have not reach the standard in them about mildew rate, the defect rate reached to 50%; all the samples tested negative for aflatoxin zearalenone vomitoxin except three from jingyang, wugong and yuncheng, zearalenoneand vomitoxin contamination in all of the samples are also serious. Comprehensive analysis of the above indicators, the corn in jingyang district is better.
