家电产品质感调和辅助设计方法研究

【摘要】 信息时代下以用户为导向的买方市场,预示家电产品要满足用户日益个性化、多样化和差异化的心理需求,而和谐的视觉效果是满足心理需求的首要条件。质感、色彩、造型是产品视觉传达的三大要素,其中质感有助于色彩和造型的表现,是产品风格展现的依托。作为家电产品设计的物质基础,质感起到举足轻重的作用。同时,感性工学与感性美学的交融发展为质感调和的研究提供了丰富的理论依据和科学方法;材料学和加工工艺的不断发展,使得同材异质和异材同质成为可能,为质感调和设计提供了技术支持。本文首次提出“质感调和”概念,即依托感性工学为理论基础,借助统计学等相关量化分析方法和计算机辅助技术,依据质感语义对产品的质感搭配进行科学、合理的系统配置,和谐的同时满足产品的目标感性意象。文中以家电产品为例,运用感性工学理性地表达用户对家电产品质感的感性认识,即用文献归纳法对国内外认知心理学、感性工学和材料学等学科的研究成果进行分析、整理和归纳,获取质感意象词汇,经初步筛选后综合运用语义差异法、多维尺度分析法、聚类分析法定量分析数据,降低数据维度以选取适用于描述家电产品质感的意象词汇;由文献归纳法得到产品质感的构成要素,运用帕累托图分析得出不同要素对质感表现的贡献度排名,从而提取出质感构成的关键要素,并依据渲染参数将各要素细分出的各类目数值化为质感调和特征量,即各要素及其包含的各类目共同构成质感调和空间;用三维软件设计出包含不同质感调和空间的实验样本,借助E-prime软件设计调研获取实验样本的感性评价值;质感调和空间特征量矩阵与感性评价值矩阵共同构成感性评价矩阵,将各实验样本的感性评价矩阵输入Matlab,运用BP神经网络构建目标意象词汇与质感调和特征量的非线性关联模型,获得家电产品质感调和设计方案,并通过案例评价验证模型的可行性和准确性。本文研究的质感调和设计方法,打破以往设计师依据个人偏好和经验主观搭配质感,为计算机辅助质感调和意象决策系统的开发提供了映射模型,弥补了传统的质感研究无法满足家电产品快速开发的需求。本文所构建的质感调和设计模型相较线性方法构建的模型更加准确,有效解决了用户情感表达的模糊性和感性化的难点,辅助设计师科学、合理、高效地获取满足目标意象的质感设计方案,降低家电产品设计时质感运用的不确定性,强化产品的意象传达。本文构建的质感调和设计模型具普遍性,可用于其余类别产品的质感设计。伴随着科学方法和计算机辅助技术的发展,本研究对指导设计师如何理性地实现用户对产品质感多样化的感性需求,具有十分重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Along with the social-economic patterns changing in the information age, the market is no longer a seller market but a buyer market. It indicates that the product should meet the consumer’s increasingly diverse, personalized and differentiated requirements. Harmonious visual effect is the primary condition to meet the psychological needs. Texture, color and shape are the three key elements constitute the visual effect of product. Texture is the carrier of color and shape. And it is an important factor in shaping the style of performance. As the texture is the basis of the design of appliances, texture plays a decisive role in the design. At the same time, the blending development of Kansei engineering and aesthetic sensibility provide rich theoretical and scientific methods to the study of the texture reconcile. The development of materials science and machining technology have been make heterogeneity of the same material and homogeneity of different materials become possible.It provides technical support to the texture reconcile.This paper first proposed a concept—texture reconcile design of products. It relied on Kansei engineering and took advantage of statistics and other related quantitative analysis methods and computer-aided technology. Through the rational allocation of the product texture based on semantic sensual imagery to make the product to meet the target sensual imagery. In appliances for example, it used Kansei engineering to express the users’ perceptual of the texture of appliances in rational way. More specifically, it used literature induction to analyze, organize and sum up the research of cognitive psychology, Kansei engineering, materials science and other disciplines to obtain image vocabulary of texture. After initial screening, it used semantic differential method, multi-scale method and cluster analysis method to select image vocabulary of texture of appliances. Got the constituent elements of texture by literature induction. Used pareto chart to analysis and get the key elements of texture design. Got the texture reconcile characteristic quantities based on the rendering parameters. Each constituent elements and its genus constituted the texture reconcile space. Designed experiments samples which contained different texture reconcile space and got the perceptual evaluation value by E-prime. The matrix of texture reconcile space and the matrix of perceptual evaluation value constituted the matrix of perceptual evaluation. Inputted the matrix of perceptual evaluation of each experiment sample into Matlab. Then used BP neural network to build the associated model of the target image and the texture reconcile characteristic quantities. Obtained the texture reconcile of the product.Tested and verified the model through specific cases.The texture reconcile method researched in this paper breaks the previous situation that the design based on personal preference and subjective experience of the designer. It builds foundation of the establishment of computer-aided decision systems of texture reconcile design. And it rectifies the traditional research of texture can not meet the needs of rapid development of home appliances. Meanwhile, the texture reconcile model researched in this paper is more accurate than the linear model. It effectively solves the problem of the users’ emotional expression is fuzzy and perceptual. It can help designers get scientific, rational and efficient designs which meet the target imagery. The research reduces the uncertainty of texture using in product design and enhances the convey of product imagery.The texture reconcile design model researched in this paper is universality. It can be used for the rest of the design category. Along with the development of scientific method and computer-aided techniques, the study of how to rationally express emotional needs has very important significance.
