【摘要】 随着城市的发展,许多乡村面临着在快速建设中被拆除的窘境,即使被保留下来,也只是零散的肌理。而它们周边往往是大片新建的建筑。在工业发达的苏南地区这是一个非常普遍的现象。本次设计的场地就面临这种问题,如何将现有的别墅置换成民宿酒店,同时与场地内现有的民居风格相协调。本毕业设计题目是无锡阳山拾房村民宿改造设计。基地位于无锡阳山拾房村旧址,试图对原有肌理进行整理、填补和改造。基地现状为原始拾房村的遗留与改建的低层民居6幢,基地最南侧为一幢现代风格的3层别墅,是本次设计的重点。基地北部为农业休闲观光展示区,为大片菜地景观绿化和三幢功能用房,南部为正在建设的别墅用地。本次设计主要的研究内容是如何遵循原有村落肌理进行规划,加建新建筑和景观设计,完善民宿功能。如何对现代风格的别墅进行平面功能改造,置换为更加经济合理舒适的民宿客房。如何对现代风格的别墅进行立面改造,通过设计创造更好的空间体验,同时与场地内现有的民居风格相协调。民宿改造设计的重点是改造设计,对于原有结构的处理和新功能的置入,直接影响到最终设计结果的成败。内部空间和材料的应用也直接关系到最终的设计成果。论文研究了常见改造设计和民宿酒店设计的空间组织模式,总结其特点,提出符合当前发展趋势的空间组合方式,并将此种模式应用于课题设计中。设计首先分析基地现状环境,进行规划整治,确定了新建建筑的原则。对改造建筑的设计重点是在受到既有的结构和墙体限制下如何创造更好的客房空间。在景观和立面处理上,主要遵循的是与场地内现有的村落现状相协调的原则。改造设计的主要原则是在保留原有分户墙和结构柱的前提下,将分散在四户的L形楼梯集中在中间两户的中跨,其余空间作为客房和公共空间。在室内设计上的处理手法是采用空间叠加的手法。本毕业设计论文的内容和结构是：第一章为绪论,主要讲了课题来源,研究目的和内容以及毕业设计进度安排。第二章为项目概况,主要讲了本毕业设计项目概况,区位介绍和基地现状调研,为下一步的设计做准备。第三章为规划设计,主要讲通过对基地现状肌理的梳理,从场地、功能、风貌等方面对基地进行规划设计。第四章为单体改造设计,通过案例研究,总结改造设计和民宿酒店设计的空间组织规律,及空间组织模式,提出对于设计具体较为适合的空间模式；通过方案设计中的多方案比较来推进设计,并详细说明建筑的功能排布、内部流线、空间组织及立面造型和构造设计。第五章为技术图纸。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the city, many villages were demolished during the rapid construction. Even if they are retained, there is only scattered texture left.And they tend to be surrounded by the new buildings,which is a very common phenomenon in industrially developed Sunan region.The site of this design is facing this problem:how is the existing villa renovated as Bed and Breakfast Hotel while coordinated with the existing residential-style.The graduation project choose Shifang village in Wuxi Yangshan as the place to renovate.trying to sort out,fill and transform the original texture.There are 6 low-rise residential houses which were left and renovated in the present situation. The south side of the site is a modern-style three-storey villa,which is the focus of this design.There is an agriculture showcase in the north side of the site where a large vegetable garden and three buildings exist.The villa is being built in the south of the land.The main research content of this design is how to plan the village,add new buildings and design the landscape while following the original texture.It’s also important to find a way to replace the modern style villa as a more economical and comfortable B & B hotel by transforming the plane and a way to create a better spatial experience and coordinate with the existing residential-style venue through facade renovation.The key point which directly affect the outcome of the final design is to deal with the existing structure and introduce the new functions.And the way to deal with interior space and materials also matters.Thesis research the common way of renovation design and space organization of Bed and Breakfast hotel,find out the features and propose the Space combinations in line with current trends in fashion.Firstly, the design considers the regulation and determine the principles of the new building under the analysis of the environment. The transformation of the building’s design focus on the way to bulid a better space with the existing structure. On the landscape and facade treatment, the design focuse on the harmony with the existing village venues. The main principles of the transformation is designed to keep the original household in the walls and structural columns and to concentrate together the L-shaped staircase distributed in four households while renovate the rest space as the rooms and public spaces.
