【摘要】 在研究盐土农业发展现状的基础上,分析了潍坊市盐土农业发展存在的巨大潜力,对潍坊发展盐土农业的意义做了详细的介绍,指出该地区的发展盐土农业的可行优势,同时也针对制约盐土农业发展的因素,提出改进的意见。1、对在海洋经济革命中盐土农业所发挥的重大作用进行阐述。在盐土农业的发展中充分借鉴了国内外研究的先进成果,不仅开发了盐土农业,同时也对盐土实行了保护措施,力求能够用最少的投资达到最大的收益,有利于促进该地区对盐土的生态化利用,实现经济的可持续发展。沿海地区拥有广大的滩涂,地理优势明显,有利于发展盐土农业,一方面能够发展本地区经济,调整农业结构;另一方面也能对生态环境有一定的改善。2、分析了潍坊市盐土农业产业化发展潜力,并对盐土农业的发展现状进行了评价分析。指出该市发展盐土农业的优势体现在地理位置、资源和技术开发三个方面,劣势主要来自于科技投入不足、产品开发利用单一,产业链条脱节以及与工业的融合度较小。3、针对目前潍坊市盐土农业开发中的问题进行了详细分析。目前,潍坊市盐土农业尚处初步发展时期,还没有形成产业的结构化管理,这主要是科技研发不够全面、体制不够完善以及没有过多的投入造成的。目前产品种类尚属单一的种植、收获植物资源开发方式,需要加强产品的研发,以进一步扩大市场。4、对潍坊市运行盐土农业产业化发展规划进行论述。从政策支持、市场拉动和企业带动三个方面提出,盐土农业发展要通过综合开发的形式,形成有效的产业链条,主要产业方向包括食品、医药和林木等,进行盐土农业开发的产业集群的开发。首先,企业、科研部门以及政府三方面合作,共同推动产业发展;其次,对于盐土农业研发更加体系化,形成研发、中试、生产到推广的研发模式,真正形成盐土农业的规模化生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on analyzing the situation of agricultural development of saline soil, the potential development of agriculture in Weifang City was analyzed, the author pointed out the necessity, the necessity and feasibility of the development of agriculturein Weifang, and the factors restricting the development of existing at present, and puted forward the feasible strategies.1.The great role played by agriculture was expounded in the marine economy of the revolution. From the domestic and foreign research achievements, the author put forward that solonchak agriculture could combine development with protection,,improve saline soil, side income, less investment, quick, economic, ecological, efficient utilization of saline soil. In the vast beach with coastal areas, there was extremely important practical and far-reaching significance to positivly develop agriculture for the adjustment of agricultural structure, improvment of the ecological environment, promotion economic development..2.The potential development of agriculture industry in WeifangCitywas analysized, and the development status of solonchak agriculture was evaluated and analyzed. It pointed out that the development of agriculture in the city advantage embodied in three aspects of location, resources and technology development, the disadvantages were mainly from insufficient investment in science and technology, product development and utilization of single, and so on.3. The author put forward strategy from three aspects including the policy support, market driven and enterprise.
