县级农电信息管理系统研究

【摘要】 电力工业是国民经济现代化建设中的支柱产业,决定着其他产业的顺利发展与否。电能的产生、输送以及配备是一个异常复杂的系统,需要科学的系统工程管理,以确保其顺利实施。而农电是这个复杂系统中一个非常重要的部分,随着信息技术的高速发展,充分利用现代信息手段为农电生产体系构建一个有效、快捷、使用方便的信息管理系统,提高供电公司日常的工作效率、提升企业的管理水平、有效的降低生产成本显得具有特别重要的意义。针对目前存在的问题,确定了系统研究目标,结合UML用例图和流程图对系统功能进行了需求分析,将系统划分为线路管理、设备管理、安全管理、劳资管理和系统管理五个模块;根据“高内聚、低耦合”的系统设计原则,将系统在结构上划分为基础设施层、数据访问层、应用支撑层、业务应用层和表示层五层;确定了本系统采用B/S架构进行系统设计;结合UML类图确定了农电信息管理系统的结构和功能并进行了分析和阐述,主要包括系统功能详细设计、数据库设计,给出了部分数据表设计及关键字段解释;针对沂南县供电公司实际工作情况,实现了农电信息管理系统,展示了部分典型模块实现,并对系统进行了测试。最后,对本文工作进行了简要总结,同时也为其他业务工作的信息化建设提供有益借鉴。本文的信息系统建设基于ASP.NET+SQL Server的三层B/S结构,使用UML进行系统建模,应用Visual Studio开发平台,采用C#编程语言,结合AJAX,开发的系统操作简便、界面友好,可靠性强,可维护性好,兼顾先进性和经济性,最终基本达到了预期目的。具体实现了线路信息管理、线路缺陷管理、日常安全事故记录、员工信息管理、第一种工作票管理,实现了系统的用户权限设置、密码修改,实现了数据的备份与维护等功能。

【Abstract】 Power industry is the pillar industry of the modernization in the national economy, determines that whether the other industries can develop regularly. Electricity generation, transmission and equipment is a very complex system that requires scientific systems engineering management to ensure its smooth implementation. The Rural Area Electricity plays a very essential part in the whole complex system. With the rapid development of information technology, developing an effective, quick and convenient information management system for the rural area electricity with full use of modern information has a special significance in ameliorating daily working efficiency, improving enterprise management level and effectively reducing the cost of production.Aimed at the current problems, the system determines the research objectives, combined with UML use case diagrams and flowcharts for system functions needs analysis, the system is divided into line management, device management, security management, labor management and system management of five modules; based on the principles of high cohesion and low coupling, it is divided in five levels of infrastructure level, data access layer, application support layer, business application layer and presentation layer; determine the system uses the B/S architecture system design; combined with UML class diagram to determine the structure and function of rural power information management system and analyzed and explained the main detailed design including system functions, database design, gives some key field data table design and interpretation; the actual work of Yinan power company to achieve a rural power information management system, shows some typical modules, and systems were tested. Finally, this paper gives a brief summary of the paper and provides a useful reference for other business information construction work.The information system development is based on the three B/S structure with ASP.NET and SQL Server, which using Visual Studio development platform, C# programming language and AJAX technology. The system has the character of easy operations, friendly interface, and reliability, maintainability, advanced and economic that ultimately basically achieve the desired purpose. Specific information management to achieve a line, the line defect management, daily security incidents records, employee information management, the first job ticket management system to achieve a user permission settings, password changes, to achieve a data backup and maintenance functions.
