【摘要】 伴随着我国自主招生制度的改革,自主招生院校数量逐年增加,自主招生问题得到了全社会的普遍关注。截至目前,自主招生院校由最初的三所学校已增加至百余所,试点院校自主招生工作发展较快,但学术界对于自主招生的研究相对而言还比较欠缺。随着自主招生工作的深入开展,自主招生问题也引起了全社会范围内大思考。自主招生政策有没有实施的必要?其实施是利大于弊还是弊大于利?在实施过程中如何避免其不利影响,充分发挥其积极作用?对这些问题的回答需要进行系统地思考、理性地认识。为此,本文对2003年我国开始实施高校自主招生试点工作至今进行了分析研究。文章主要分为四个方面的内容。第一部分主要是对文章的研究背景、研究目的、研究思路与方法、创新点与不足以及与本文相关的研究概念及文献综述进行了阐述。第二部分主要是对近年来我国高校招生制度的总结、归纳以及对我国高校自主招生现状进行分析。第三部分主要是对我国自主招生工作的存在的问题及原因进行的研究分析。文章的最后一部分,针对我国自主招生试点过程中出现的问题,就如何完善自主招生制度提出了一些对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With autonomous enrollment system reform in our country, the number of independent recruitment of students colleges and universities increases year by year, the problem of autonomous enrollment got the attention of the whole society. So far, the independent recruitment of students colleges and universities by the original has been increased to more than 3 schools, pilot colleges and universities by the rapid development of independent recruitment of students work, but the academic circles for the independent recruitment of students study is relatively lacking. As the independent recruitment of students work thorough development, the problem of autonomous enrollment scope big thinking from the whole society. To implement the necessary independent admission policy? Its implementation is not do more harm than good, or do more harm than good? How to avoid the adverse effect in the implementation process, give full play to its positive role? Answers to these questions need to be a systematic thinking and rational understanding. Therefore, in this paper, the 2003 China began to pilot implementation of autonomous enrollment in colleges and universities work analyzed and studied.This article is divided into four most. The first part of this project selected topic background, research purpose, research ideas and methods, and this paper is to research related concepts and literature review. Since modern times, the second part is mainly to summarize in the system of our country’s college enrollment, conclude and analyze the current situation of the independent recruitment of students in colleges and universities of our country. The third part is mainly on the existing problems and reasons of the independent recruitment of students work research analysis, analyzes the part of my last pilot appeared problems in the process of autonomous enrollment in China, this paper puts forward some measures on how to improve the system of independent admission recommendations.更多还原
