【摘要】 作为物流成本低、无污染、可再生清洁能源，水力发电不仅有利于电力需求的错峰调整，同时也有利于提高资源效率，提高市场经济的综合效率。作为水力资源量蕴藏丰富的国家，中国一直把水能资源的开发作为实现能源发展战略中的重要途径方式之一。本文正是在这种产业发展的条件背景下，提出基于对水力发电设备制造企业柔性生产条件下的稳定供货系统的应用研究。本论文首先对生产制造企业的柔性及供货系统的供应链管理结合国内外相关研究进行了简要的阐述和研究，在供货系统理论框架构建中引入了二八定律以及鲶鱼效应等的管理思路，运用网络计划法(Program Evaluation and ReviewTechnique，PERT)构建了柔性生产制造企业的供货系统，通过关键路径法（CriticalPath Method，CPM）确定出采购控制关键环节，为满足柔性生产在水电设备制造企业的供货系统中的应用和实施奠定了理论基础。其次，结合订单驱动下采购产品的特点从采购管理、采购流程以及供应商管理的角度构建了柔性生产制造企业的原料供应系统，勾勒出与供应商的长期战略合作伙伴关系的合作模式。同时，通过对柔性生产制造系统的综述和研究，利用指数平滑法并结合尖峰需求模式分析了在该生产条件下的需求预测，相应的运用现货供应比例来分析和判断了库存目标的决策范围，为构建产品的生产系统提供了相应理论参考。最后，论文以企业实际为例，分别对企业的内外部环境进行分析，结合企业供货系统在组织结构、管理流程和供管办法等方面的运作现状分析并找出主要问题及不足，制定出企业采购的战略目标，引用企业实际数据，选用网络计划法（PERT）对供货系统进行了实施和应用，最终找到对供货系统进行有效管理和改善的解决方法。本论文的研究在水力发电设备制造企业供货系统中具有一定的实践应用意义，对于生产制造企业构筑稳定供货系统，搭建长期战略合作平台以及树立合作共赢企业形象均具参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hydro power, as a kind of clean and non-pollution renewable energy which withlow transportation cost, is not only beneficial to adjust the peak demand of power andalso conducive to enhance the resource utilization and the comprehensive efficiencyof the market economy. China insists on developing the hydro power as one of thestate energy development strategy based on the rich hydropower resource. On thebackground, the stable supply system of hydro power equipment manufacturing that isbased on the flexible production is researched in the thesis.Firstly, the thesis explains and researches the management of supply chain in thesupply system and production flexibility with the related research including domesticand abroad. The thesis uses the Pareto principle, catfish effect and to build thestructure of supply system theory. And the thesis uses the PERT(Program Evaluationand Review Technique) to build the supply system of the flexible production andconfirm the key points of the purchasing control with the CPM（Critical Path Method，CPM）.All of above is the basement theory of application and implementation forflexible production in supply system of manufacturing enterprise.Secondly, the thesis build the material supply system which includes purchasingmanagement, purchasing procedure and supplier management on the base of orderdriven purchasing, and also includes the cooperation model of long-term strategypartnership with suppliers. At the same time, through the summarization and researchof FMS(Flexibility Manufacturing System，FMS), the thesis applies ES (ExponentialSmoothing) method and Lumpy mode to analyze the demand forecast, use ProductAvailability analyze and confirm the decision scope of inventory budget with thestorage supply proportion. All of those are the theoretical reference of building theproduction system.Lastly, the thesis researches an enterprise case, with analysis of the environmentand the supply system situation, the thesis finds the key problems and insufficient inorder to make enterprise purchasing strategy target. After the research the actualsituation, the supply system is built and implemented in the company with the methodof PERT. As a result, the thesis summarizes the efficient methods to manage andimprove the supply system. The research of the enterprise supply system is advantage of building stablesupply system and the long strategy cooperation between the enterprises and thesuppliers. Especially the hydro power equipment manufacturing enterprises may referto the research in this thesis in the implementation of supply system.更多还原
