基于SAP系统的C公司销售与分销实施策略研究

【摘要】 当今社会已经步入经济全球化和信息全球化的时代,信息化的快速发展所带来的巨大变革引起了人们前所未有的关注,对企业来说,用信息化技术提高竞争力,既是当务之急更是长远之计。很多企业也将导入ERP系统当作信息化的重要手段,以此来提升企业的管理水平。本文以C公司导入SAP系统项目为依托,研究了在制造企业中实施SAP系统的销售与分销(SD)模块的方法,旨在为我国企业实施此模块提供一些理论参考和技术支持。首先,本文简述了SAP公司的产品特征,介绍了SAP系统的组成及其架构,对SAP R/3的销售与分销模块的特点和组成进行了概述,并对SD模块的凭证及凭证结构,以及SD与其它模块的关系进行了分析。其次,本文对C公司的背景进行了介绍,研究C公司当前所用的信息管理系统及其存在的问题,特别是对销售管理系统进行了分析,阐述了C公司导入SAP系统可以解决的问题。然后,本文对SAP销售与分销模块的实施进行了重点分析,基于ASAP的实施方法,对SD模块的实施特点和步骤进行了研究。另外,在SD模块实施的技术构建阶段,对SD相关的组织架构、基本功能、信用管控、销售订单、交货单、发票等重要内容都进行了详细阐述,并给出了相关的配置说明。最后,从ERP的实施角度,总结了SD模块的实施难点,讨论了企业成功实施SAP系统的关键因素,以期提高企业导入SAP系统的成功率。
【Abstract】 Now our society goes into the economic globalization and informationglobalization epoch. The rapid development of information technology brings greatchange,which has attracted unprecedented attention. For companies,applyinginformation technology to improve self-competitiveness is the top priority and longterms plan. More and more companies will import ERP System as an importantapproach to improve the enterprise management level. This thesis,based on Ccompany which has imported the SAP project, the implementation on sales anddistribution module of the SAP system in manufacturing enterprise is studied toprovide some theoretical reference and technical support for our Chinese enterprisesin the implementation.Firstly,this thesis makes a simple description for SAP company and its products,and introduces the component and architecture of the SAP system, and furthersummarize the characteristics and composition of SAP R/3sales and distributionmodule, and the structure for SD module, relationship between SD and othermodules. Secondly, as an example, this thesis introduces C company’sbackground,analyzes this company’s current system situation and existing problems,especially the analysis of sales management problems, and the necessity ofintroducing a powerful and strong integration system. Next, this thesis focuses onthe implementation of the SAP sales and distribution module, after introducing theSAP implementation method, states the implement characteristics and proceduresfor the SD module. In addition, in the technical construction phase of SD module,SD module related organization structure, basic functions, credit control, salesorder, delivery note, invoice and other important contents are described in details,the relevant configuration instructions are given. Finally, from the perspective of theimplementation of the ERP, the difficulties in implementation of SD module aresummarized, the key factors for successful implementation of the SAP system arediscussed, all of these just improve the success rate of enterprise to import the SAPsystem.
