基于Unity 3D的注塑机虚拟仿真系统设计与开发

【摘要】 在注塑机的操作培训过程中,一般采用让操作人员对真机进行操作。这样在没有辅助理论知识的情况下,对于初学者有一定的难度。更重要的一点是,具有一定的危险性。现有的注塑机虚拟仿真系统,一般是基于MFC、OpenGL的模式,或者是基于PDM方式的虚拟现实技术。这些虚拟系统能解决一定的注塑机操作需求。但是由于架构模式和设计问题,其开发难度和成本都很高。同时,达到的效果也不好,在渲染效果和用户体验上都达不到现在用户的要求。本文采用全新的一种方法,采用Unity3D平台,结合CAE的分析。将整套注塑机系统完美的展现出来。本文,从基础建模到最终系统实现,主要有三个方面的问题。首先,通过传统CAD建模方式,用UG将注塑机机型以及模具等零件建好,导入到3ds MAX中进行模型初步渲染,然后进入统一的最终平台,Unity3D平台,进行特效方面的处理。然后,需要解决系统实现的一些核心技术问题,包括注塑机的运动仿真,注塑制品的成型,以及注塑制品的缺陷预测。系统还有许多辅助模块采用了很多开放性很好的技术实现,包括基于电子表格驱动模式的菜单、零件树、模具植入等二次开发接口,用于制品名称的标注显示,以及基于开源语音引擎的语音技术等。最后,通过平台所带有的MonoDevelop进行整套软件的系统实现。整套系统,实现了注塑机操作的虚拟仿真。能有效的实现注塑机的操作培训,注塑机的试模成型等。通过系统的教学辅助系统,操作者能在零基础的情况之下,轻松的学习注塑机的操作。系统还实现了对成型工艺的仿真,能观察到注塑机成型的过程以及缺陷,能通过工艺参数的调整完成试模过程,学习注塑机成型工艺。系统相较于现有的注塑机培训,能有效的避免注塑机的安全问题,并且能够轻松、愉快的完成注塑机的操作学习。而相较于现有的注塑机虚拟仿真软件,极大的提高了注塑机的渲染效果和用户体验。并且,能采用新的方法,模拟了注塑机的成型工艺,实现了试模功能。并实现了各类辅助系统,方便用户操作。
【Abstract】 Injection molding machine operation training, the general approach is operating on areal machine. Under such cirumstances that without auxiliary theoretical knowledge, it’sdifficulty for the beginners. The more important point is that with a certain degree of risk.In addition, the existing Injection molding machine virtual simulation system, generallybased on virtual reality technology of OpenGL and PDM.these virtual systems can solvesome of the operating of the injection molding system. However, due to architecturalpatterns and design patterns, the difficulty and cost of its development are high. At thesame time, the rendering and user experience are not up to the user’s requirements.In this paper, a new method that using Unity3D, combined with analysis of CAE isbe used. The system of injection molding machine is be realized perfect. In this paper,from basic model to the final system implementation, there are three steps to finish thisvirtual simulation system. First, throw the method of UG, we build the models of theinjection molding machine and the molds.after that,we should inport these models into the3ds MAX to render. And then, we inport these model into the system of Unity3D. Second,we have to address some of the core technology of system inlomentation issues. Includingthe movement of the injection molding machine simulation、the injeciong of molding andthe forecasts of injecitong molding prodcuts. There are many auxiliary module systemwith a lot of good technology to achieve openness, including spreadsheet-based drivingmodel used by menu,tree parts and the secondary development of molds changing thatfrom UG, displays the name of products, as well as voice-based open source speechengine technology. Finally, the entire software system implementation by editorMonoDevelop.The entire system have achived a virtual simulation of the injection molding machine.The system can easy to help us to operate the machines by the virtual simulation system.By the teaching modules, the operator can easily to learn how to operate the injectionmolding machine. The system also realistic simulation for the molding process, theprocess of injection molding and defects of products can be observed during the molding process. Adjust the process parameters during the tryout process is completed, this caneasily learn molding process. System compared to existing training of injection moldingmachine, can effectively avoid security problems, and can easily and enjoyable learningthe operation of injection molding machine. And compared to the existing virtualsimulation software of injection molding machine, this system has improved renderingand user experience. And by new methods to simulate the molding process and to achievethe function of tryout. This system implemented various auxiliary systems and it’s easy tooperate.
