轴承磨削加工工艺数据管理系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 企业信息管理系统作为现代企业的一种重要管理手段已渗透到各行各业。在国外,数字化企业管理理念已逐渐为多数人所接受,其发展已经日趋成熟。而国内,大型企业关于ERP(企业资源规划)、PDM(产品数据管理)的讨论和实施也比较多,但是用先进的大型应用平台开发的成功案例不多,其中部分成功的产品也仅仅是利用国外的产品进行集成和改造。本文以无锡机床股份有限公司与湖南大学合作开发项目的研究和设计为背景,综述了信息管理系统的作用和意义,以及存在的问题与发展趋势;分析了企业轴承磨削加工工艺数据的分类、特点及工艺数据管理流程的现状与问题,总结了轴承磨削加工工艺数据管理系统的需求,指出了新的工艺数据管理的模式特征。在企业轴承磨削加工工艺数据管理系统需求分析的基础上,分析了工艺数据管理系统的开发方法、功能结构;然后在分析了网络结构体系构建原则的基础上,进行了系统网络平台与网络体系的分析与设计;并针对企业工艺数据安全问题,对系统安全体系进行了研究。研究了企业轴承磨削加工工艺数据管理系统实施组织机构的建设及工艺数据管理的制度体系。本文利用智能推理技术的实例推理与规则推理技术对轴承磨削加工工艺数据进行了科学应用,结合两种推理技术形成的混合智能推理技术实现了轴承磨削加工工艺方案与砂轮自动选择。基于以上需求分析与设计原则,利用InterBase建立了系统数据库文件,并进行了合理优化。采用C++Builder完成了企业轴承磨削加工工艺数据管理系统软件的开发,在成功运行的基础上通过试验验证了轴承磨削加工智能推理技术的有效性。本文的研究,将有助于我国制造型企业工艺数据资源的有效管理和利用,促进我国制造型企业的知识产权保护,推动产品自主创新。
【Abstract】 As an important modern enterprise management method, the enterprise information management system has penetrated into industries. Abroad, digital management philosophy for enterprise has gradually accepted for most people, and its development is maturing. Domestic, some large enterprises have discussed about the ERP (Enterp Resource Planning) and PDM (Product Data Management), but there are less successful examples using advanced large application development platform, and some successful product are merely by foreign’s integration and transformation.Based on the research and design of a cooperation development project between Wuxi Machine Tools Co. Ltd and Hunan University, the effect and significance of the information management system is summarized, as well as the existing problems and development trend. Then the classification and characteristic of the bearing grinding process data management in enterprise is analyzed, and the current situation and problems of process data too. Finally, the demands of the process data management system of bearing grinding are summarized and process data management system of bearing grinding is put forward, and a new characteristic of process data management is pointed out.On the foundation of the analyzing of the demand of the process data management system of bearing grinding for enterprise, the development method and function structure of the system is analyzed. Based on the analyzing of construct principle of network architecture, the system network platform and network architecture are analyzed and designed. Aiming at the process data security, the security system is studied. The construction of implement organization is also studied for the process data management system of bearing grinding, and the institution system.By using the technology of intelligent reasoning with case reasoning and rule reasoning technology, the process data of bearing grinding has been applied. With the hybrid intelligent reasoning technology combined with the two reasoning technology, the bearing grinding process scheme and wheel automatic selection is achieved.Based on the above demand analysis and design principles, the system database file is established and optimizd using InterBase. The process data management system of bearing grinding for enterprise is developed using C++Builder. Based on the system’s successful operation and through the experiment, the intelligent reasoning technology of bearing grinding is proved to be validable.The research of this thesis will contribute to effective management and utilization of process data resources in Chinese manufacturing enterprises, thus will promote to protect intellectual property, and impel the products’independent innovation.
