【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展,计算机交互系统正变得越来越复杂,设计一个能满足最终用户需求的交互系统已经越来越成为一个艰巨的任务。目标驱动的设计是交互设计领域的新理念和重要方法,它要求设计师深入研究用户的工作流程和工作习惯,分析用户的工作目标,并根据这些目标来完成交互行为设计。如何实现目标驱动的设计,是交互设计领域关注的重要理论和实践问题之一。实现目标驱动设计的难点之一就在于用户研究和交互设计之间,在流程和信息衔接上存在“断点”(gap),本文通过实际项目——护士工作站,研究和分析了“目标导向设计”的流程和应用方法,并着重分析了如何能将用户研究和交互设计进行无缝衔接这一当前的难点问题。本文结合微软亚洲工程院的护士工作站项目,对“目标导向设计”在实际应用中的流程进行了分析和阐述。针对用户目标定义,提出了用户目标层次性分解的基本框架,主要分为概要目标、主目标和步骤目标,构建了基于三个层次用户目标的设计流程。研究了护士工作站的用户数据获取与分析,以及如何通过一系列的数据来获取用户目标,并根据用户的任务和行为分析来获取最终的设计需求,进而完成交互设计。护士工作站是一个实际的软件项目,本文将其作为研究载体和应用对象,通过实际项目中所采用的用户研究和交互设计的流程,提出了分层的用户目标定义,提供了相关的实际用户研究数据和设计案例,具有重要的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information technology, software is becoming more and more complex and it’s becoming more and more difficult to come out a user interaction design that can fully satisfy the end user. Goal-directed design is a new philosophy and is recognized as a very important methodology in user interaction design area; it requires the designer to study deeply on the end user’s workflow and work habit, analysis user’s goal in their work, and use that goal as the guidance to design user interaction for the system. How to achieve the goal-directed design, is one important theory and practical problem in user interaction design areaOne difficulty to adopt goal-directed deign is the gap of design workflow and information connection between user study and interaction design. Based on a real design project-Nurse Work station, this paper introduced the flow and methodology of goal-directed design, and focus on how to connect user study and interaction design.Take the nurse workstation project conducted in Microsoft Advanced Technology Center, this paper described the steps when using goal-directed design in realistic project. To define the user goal, propose to separate the goal in three levels as summary goal, major goal, and procedural goal. Investigate the data acquire and analysis for nurse station project, and how to define the user goal through the data we get, and to obtain the final design requirement through the analysis of user behaviors and user tasks, and complete the final user interaction design.Nurse workstation project is a realistic software project. In that project, the notion proposed in this paper was examined. Through the user study and interaction design process adopted in realistic project, this paper propose a multi-level user goal definition notion, provides related user study data and design example, is very valuable for reference.更多还原
