【摘要】 汽车营地伴随着自驾游和房车游的流行而在欧美国家出现,并成为具有休闲娱乐属性的旅游目的地。随着我国居民对自驾游和房车游的热情逐渐提高,汽车营地在我国还有广阔的发展前景。但由于起步较晚,我国汽车营地还存在着数量少、功能单一、过于依附旅游景区等问题。本文以汽车营地的规划设计为主要切入点,研究国内外汽车营地的发展概况,总结我国汽车营地发展中存在的问题,讨论汽车营地的规划设计方法。尝试通过对国内外较为成熟的汽车营地的规划建设经验进行研究,从选址、规模、功能、布局和具体设计等方面系统阐述功能复合型汽车营地的规划设计方法。并以汝城碧溪休闲度假营地为实例,详细探究功能复合型汽车营地的规划设计,以期对今后相关项目提供可借鉴的经验。提出我国汽车营地未来发展要走功能复合、市场细分和统一规范化发展的道路。第一章为绪论,介绍本文的研究内容和相关研究概述。第二章主要梳理国内外汽车营地的发展历程,并通过相关案例的分析研究,总结国外汽车营地的建设经验和启示,并指出我国汽车营地现存的问题和不足。第三章提出汽车营地的总体规划原则,又从选址、规模、功能业态、布局模式、交通系统、营位设计和基础设施配置等方面详细阐述了功能复合型汽车营地的规划设计方法,为项目实例积累理论方法。第四章介绍了汝城碧溪休闲度假营地的规划实例,体现了功能复合型汽车营地规划设计方法在实际项目中的运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the background of the increasing popularity of drive travel and RV travel, AutoCampground has emerged in American and European countries. Auto-Campground has a great prospective in China with our citizens’ passion about it. But because of a late start, autocampgrounds in China have problems like small scale, single function, too much attached to tourist attractions and other problems. In this paper, taking the planning and design of Auto Campground as the main entry point, the development of domestic and foreign research of Auto Campground, and sums up the existing in the development of auto-campground, discussing the design method of auto campground. Try through conducts the research to the domestic and foreign mature auto camp experience planning and construction, from the aspects of location,scale, function, layout and detailed design of system planning and design method of functional composite type of auto campground. Taking Rucheng Bixi auto-camp as an example, detailed study of the planning and design of the composite function of auto-campground. Put forward to go functional composite, market segmentation and standardized development of the future development of auto campgrounds in China. The first chapter is the introduction, it introduces the research content and research overview. The second chapter mainly combs the development process of foreign and domestic autocampground, and through the analysis of relevant cases, summarizes the construction experience and enlightenment of foreign auto-campground, and points out that existing problems and deficiency of auto-campgrounds in China. The third chapter puts forwar the planning principle of auto-campground, and from the location, size, format, layout, traffic system, camp design and infrastructure configuration detailed planning design method of functional composite of auto-campground, accumulation of theories and methods of project examples. The fourth chapter introduces the planning example of Rucheng Bixi auto-camp, reflecting the use of functional composite type of auto-campground design method in actual project.更多还原
