【摘要】 迄今为止学术界鲜有对当代美国华商团体的专题性研究。本文主要以上世纪七十年代以来的美国华商团体为研究对象,在梳理美国华商团体数量、类型、分布、组织特征、活动状况的基础上,选取几个具有代表性华商团体进行深入的个案研究,重点考察其与中国的经贸合作往来活动,揭示它们对中美经贸合作关系的促进作用,旨在提升学术界及相关政府部门对海外华商团体的重视程度和研究力度,以更好的发挥华商团体在中国吸引外资和推动企业“走出去”中的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Up to the present,few scholars have made monographic study on the contemporary Chinese American Associations in the U.S. This thesis focuses on the study of the existing Chinese American business association since 1979.Chapter one will make an overview of the development history of Chinese business associations,outlining their numbers,categories and distribution in the U.S.Chapter two makes more deeper case studies on four representative Chinese Business Association.Chapter three analynize the main functions of the Chinese Business Association from several perspective.Chapter four examines the chinese business association active role in the Sino-US ecomomic and trade cooperation.Chapter five make a tentative explore of the difficulties that the Chinese business association will face and try to put forth some suggestion for theirdevelopment.更多还原
