【摘要】 2007年作为金融危机爆发的起点,不仅世界上许多国家的经济发展都深受其害,也影响了其进出口贸易,于是这些国家纷纷开始寻找更好的奖出限入的的举措。美日欧等发达国家充分利用了经济金融一体化货币自由流通的特点,利用本币变动间接影响其他国家币值变动来实施货币壁垒以达到贸易保护的目的,不仅使我国人民币升值汇率下跌影响了以美元计价的商品价格,还通过能源货币影响世界大宗商品价格抬高成本以影响国际竞争力。此举对我国以及其他新兴市场国家的汇率以及进出口贸易造成了巨大的冲击和挑战。本文从我国遭遇货币壁垒的现状出发,系统的阐述了2008年金融危机以来以美国为首的发达国家货币壁垒大幅实施对我国出口贸易产生的巨大影响和挑战。在此基础之上运用定性分析方法分析了货币壁垒对我国出口贸易造成的影响,主要表现在削弱了我国出口的国际竞争力,缩小了我国的出口市场,使传统的出口优势行业受到直接冲击,增加了我国出口的生产经营成本几个方面,运用定量分析方法分析了货币壁垒对我国出口贸易以及出口贸易结构的影响,得出了协整关系。通过分析日本和德国在20世纪80年代时货币壁垒对其造成的影响,以及它们在应对货币壁垒所采取的一系列措施,从中吸取一些经验教训,扬长避短,并结合我国基本国情,得到有利于我国经济健康发展的启示。进而从企业、政府层面寻求应对货币壁垒促进我国贸易健康发展的对策,完善我国的体系政策,促进企业快速转型,加大自主研发的力度,增强企业规避货币壁垒带来的风险的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2007 as the starting point of the financial crisis, not only the economic development of many countries of the world have suffered, but also affect its import and export trade, so these countries have started looking for a better award a limited incoming. America, Europe and other developed countries take advantage of the free flow of economic and financial integration of monetary characteristics, use of the indirect effects of changes in currency movements in other countries to implement monetary currency of trade barriers in order to achieve the purpose of protection. Not only affect the appreciation of the RMB exchange rate fell a dollar-denominated commodity prices, but alsoaffect the cost of world commodity prices to affect the international competitiveness through energy currency raise. The move to our country and other emerging market countries exchange rate and import and export trade caused a huge impact and challenge.In this paper, starting from the present situation of our country suffered currency barriers. Significantly elaborated China’s exports tremendous impact and challenges of trade by US since the 2008 financial crisis to implement monetary barriers in developed countries. Using qualitative analysis method based on the analysis of the impact of this monetary barriers on China’s export trade, mainly displays in the weakening of the international competitiveness of China’s exports, reducing the country’s export markets, industry has been a direct impact on the traditional export advantage, China’s exports increased costs of production and operation aspects, using quantitative analysis method to analyze the impact of currency barriers on China’s export trade and export trade structure, obtained cointegration. By analyzing the influence of Japan and Germany due to its monetary barriers during the 1980 s, and their use in a series of measures taken to deal with currency barriers and draw some experiences and lessons. Combined with China’s basic national conditions, to obtain beneficial to inspiration of China healthy economic development. Then from businesses, government level to deal with currency barriers to promote the healthy development of the international trade, improve our system of policies to promote the rapid transformation of enterprises, increase their own research and development efforts, and enhance the capabilities of enterprises to avoid the risk of currency barriers.更多还原
