自润滑关节轴承接触性能分析

【摘要】 自润滑关节轴承广泛应用于工程机械、重型车辆、航空航天、军工设备等重要领域。随着我国对高品质自润滑关节轴承需求量逐渐增多,使得包括对其结构优化和摩擦副的接触性能研究等的设计与制造具有了重要的理论意义和工程价值。本文将GE30C型自润滑关节轴承为研究对象,以ANSYS Workbench软件为研究工具,对其接触力学性能和摩擦生热进行了研究,主要内容包括:利用球面积分推导了向心关节轴承在径向和轴向负荷下平均接触压力的理论公式,并用有限元法对其进行了修正;建立了向心关节轴承在三种负荷工况下的有限元模型,分析了负荷大小对轴承接触力学性能的影响并获得了摩擦副应力、位移的分布。基于正交试验对自润滑关节轴承的主要尺寸进行了优化选取,并获得了各尺寸因素对其接触力学性能的影响程度由大到小依次为:外圈宽度、衬垫厚度、内圈球面直径和内圈宽度;探讨了织物衬垫的弹性模量和静载条件下偏斜角度对轴承接触力学性能的影响规律。分别建立了自润滑关节轴承在轴向摆动和径向摆动时温度场的有限元模型,获得了剖分面的温度分布情况;分析了轴向摆动时,四种工况条件(外加负荷、摆动角度、摆动周期及摩擦系数)对轴承接触球面摩擦热的影响规律。

【Abstract】 Self-lubricating spherical plain bearings are widely used in engineering machinery, heavy vehicles, aerospace equipment, military equipment and other important areas. With the growing demand of high quality bearings, the design and manufacturing has the important theoretical meaning and engineering value, including the structure optimization and performance study of the friction pair contact. In this paper, research of the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing on the contact mechanics performance and friction heat production will be taken by using ANSYS Workbench. The research content of the essay is as follows:A theoretical formula is deduced by using surface integral to the spherical plain bearing under radial and axial load of the average contact pressure, and fixed by finite element method for the correction. The finite element model of the spherical plain bearing under three kinds of load conditions is established, and the analyses about the influence of load bearing contact mechanics performance and the influence of friction pair of stress and displacement distribution are obtained.The main dimensions of the spherical plain bearing are optimized selected based on the orthogonal experiment, and the influence degree of the size factors on the bearing contact mechanics performance are obtained as the follow, from big to small in the order: outer ring width, liner thickness, inner ring spherical diameter and inner ring width. Fabric liner is discussed under the condition of the elastic modulus and static load deflection Angle on the mechanical behavior of the bearing contact.Finite element model of temperature field is established under the condition of the bearing in axial and radial swing, and the temperature distribution of the face partition is obtained. Under the condition of the axial swing, how the four kinds of working condition(applied load, swing angle, swing cycle and the coefficient of friction) influencing the law of frictional heat to the bearing contact sphere is analyzed.
