【摘要】 目的：评价超声造影在注射平阳霉素治疗肝血管瘤的应用价值。方法：对63例行平阳霉素硬化治疗的肝血管瘤患者术前行超声造影,明确诊断,观察血管分布,指导注射治疗；然后在超声引导下,对肝血管瘤进行注射平阳霉素治疗,术后应用超声造影进行疗效评价,判断是否需要再次治疗。结果：63例患者中平阳霉素注射次数最少为1次,最多为3次,其中26例病例共治疗3次,26例病例共治疗2次,11例病例治疗1次。其中治愈3例(4.8%),显效43例(68.2%),有效11例(17.5%),无效6例(9.5%),总有效率90.5%。结论：超声造影在超声引导下注射平阳霉素治疗肝血管瘤中有很高的应用价值,值得在治疗中运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in pingyangmycin (PYM) injection under percutaneous US-guided for hepatic hemangioma treatment.Methods:The involved30patients all took CEUS examination before pingyanmycin sclerotherapy for hepatic hemangioma, so as to make definitive diagnosis, observe the vascular distribution and direct injection therapy; Then under ultrasound guidance, hepatic hemangioma injection Bleomycin treatment. Make desicion for further treatment through the postoperative CEUS imagings.Results:63patients with Bleomycin injections at least1second, up to3times, of which26cases were treated3times,26patients were treated twice,11cases of patients treatment 1, then3cases were cured (4.8%), and43cases had a marked effect (68.2%), effective in11cases (17.5%), Invalid11cases,(9.5%), the total effective rate was90.5%.Conclusion:There is a high application value of CEUS in US-guided injection of pingyangmycin in the treatment of liver hemangioma and it is worthy to apply.更多还原
