【摘要】 乳制品在人民的日常生活中占据着举足轻重的地位。然而,近年来,乳制品行业的质量问题屡见不鲜。通过实际案例分析可知,乳制品的质量问题可能发生在原料供应、生产制造、经销等各个环节,因此从供应链角度研究乳制品质量控制具有重大的实际意义。同时,通过对供应链质量管理和乳制品供应链质量管理国内外文献的梳理,总结得出采用契约理论研究乳制品供应链质量控制的理论意义。本文依托国家科技支撑计划项目(2014BAH23FO1),基于内部损失和外部损失,研究了完全信息下的乳制品供应链质量控制问题：首先,本文总结了乳制品供应链中的产品质量形成过程,并给出了乳制品供应链质量控制的定义。其次,根据乳制品供应链中的产品质量形成过程,以及乳制品供应链质量控制各环节潜在的质量问题,界定本文的研究对象为乳制品供应链中的原料质量和生产质量控制。接着,基于内部损失和外部损失分别研究了集中决策和分散决策下的乳制品供应链质量控制。在分散决策下设计了内部损失惩罚契约、外部损失分担契约、外部损失与内部损失分担契约,采用逆向归纳法求解各契约下的最优质量努力水平和最大利润,并分析得出相应的管理启示。然后,将质量努力成本函数具体化,比较分析集中决策机制与分散决策契约。首先基于最优质量努力水平,比较得到分散决策下的最优契约为Contract E&I;然后比较分析Contract E&I与集中决策机制,并通过算例分析得出尽管Contract E&I不能使供应链达到协同,但Contract E&I使得质量努力水平和供应链总利润达到了较好水平。因此Contract E&I是有效的,用其进行乳制品供应链质量控制可以得到较好的结果。最后,对论文的内容进行了总结,并提出了下一步需要研究的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dairy products occupy a pivotal position in people’s daily life. However, in recent years, quality problems of dairy industry are common. The actual case analysis shows that dairy quality problems may occur in the supply of raw materials, manufacturing, distribution and other processes. Therefore, the study of quality control of dairy products from the perspective of supply chain is of great practical significance. Meanwhile, based on the literature review of supply chain quality management and dairy supply chain quality management, it is concluded that the study of dairy supply chain quality control using contract theory has great theoretical significance.This paper relies on the Science and Technology Support Program of National Ministry of Science and Technology (2014BAH23F01). Based on internal failure and external failure, this paper studies dairy supply chain quality control with complete information:Firstly, this paper summarizes the quality formation process of dairy supply chain and gives the definition of dairy supply chain quality control.Secondly, based on the quality formation process of dairy supply chain and potential quality problems in each process, the paper defines the research object as the quality of raw materials and production.Thirdly, based on internal failure and external failure, this paper studies dairy supply chain quality control in the centralized setting and decentralized setting, respectively. Contract I, Contract E, and Contract E&I are designed in the decentralized setting, and the first best quality effort and the first best profit are solved by backward induction.Then, a specific quality effort cost function is used to compare the centralized setting and decentralized setting. The best contract in the decentralized setting is Contract E&I based on the first best quality effort. And a numerical example shows that although coordination is not achieved under Contract E&I, quality effort and the total profit of the supply chain have reached a good level. Therefore, Contract E&I is effective and can be used to implement dairy supply chain quality control.Finally, the main points of the thesis are summarized and future research is proposed.更多还原
