人寿财险江西省分公司费用报销系统的研究与分析

【摘要】 以实现财务电子化建设与信息技术相结合,逐步实现财务、业务流程整合,有效地利用现有的网络资源,建立快速、有效、安全和可靠的电子化财务预算、核算系统,支持费用预算、核算的对接,是实现公司的成本控制和预算、核算优化的有效手段。论文介绍了人寿财险江西分公司费用报销系统的研究背景、项目意义和目前的研究与应用现状,明确了论文研究的内容和主要工作。运用面向对象的方法对系统进行了分析。在业务分析中,论文对现有管理过程进行了分析,给出了主要的业务流程图,明确了现有流程存在的问题,通过业务流程再造给出了业务管理内容电子化改造后的业务流程；在功能分析中,论文进行了用例建模,给出了用例图和用例描述,明确了系统的功能。在功能分析的基础上,给出了系统的总体功能架构和各功能模块的结构,包括预借处理、动支处理、报销处理、多次支付、合同维护、付款信息维护、应用管理、系统管理、个人信息管理、综合查询等功能模块；在数据分析中,论文对系统各功能的所需要处理的数据进行了分析,给出了实体类关系图,建立了数据库表。论文最后对所做的研究与分析工作进行了总结,并对进一步的工作进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to achieve financial electronic construction and information technology, the progressive realization of financial, business process integration, efficient use of existing network resources, build fast, efficient, secure and reliable electronic budgeting, accounting systems, budget support, accounting docking is to achieve the company’s cost control and budget, effective means of accounting optimization.The paper introduces the research background Jiangxi Branch Life Insurance reimbursement system, significance and current research projects and application of, clearly the content and the main thesis work. The use of object-oriented approach to systems analysis. In business analysis, the paper analyzed the existing management process, given the major business process diagrams, clear problems in existing processes through business process reengineering business management content is given after the transformation of electronic business processes; in the functional analysis, the paper carried a use case modeling, use case diagrams and gives a description of the use case, a clear function of the system. On the basis of functional analysis, given the structure of the overall function of the system architecture and functional modules, including master of handling, moving branch processing, claims processing, multiple payments, contract maintenance, payment information maintenance, application management, systems management personal information management, integrated query function modules; in the data analysis, the paper data systems needed to deal with the various functions carried out by analyzing the entity class diagram, the establishment of a database table.Finally, the paper did research and analysis are summarized, and further work is prospected.更多还原
