【摘要】 外贸协议是一种促进国内外经济发展的一种重要的文本。名词化结构以其客观简洁的特点而被频繁应用于外贸协议中,如何再现名词化结构所表现的客观事实并且精准而通顺地翻译成中文是外贸协议翻译的关键。本文首先对翻译任务进行介绍,之后回顾了从接到翻译任务开始到翻译结束笔者所进行的一系列工作。接着在功能对等的视角下对外贸协议中名词化结构的翻译方法进行研究,首先回顾了国内外对外贸协议中名词化的研究,鉴于每个人对名词化现象理解不一,本文对名词化结构进行了明确界定，并对外贸协议中名词化结构的构成及特点进行了简要说明,然后介绍了指导思想功能对等理论的内容以及其在外贸协议(?)译中的应用。接着,在笔者所做的大量翻译实践基础上对外贸协议中的名词化结构进行分析,提出实现外贸协议中名词化结构功能对等的四种翻译方法。最后指出,在对外贸协议的名词化结构进行汉译时,应灵活采取翻译方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 foreign trade agreement is an important text promoting economic development both in China and aboard, Nominalizatious arc frequently used in this kind of text due to their objectivity and conciseness. How to present the facls manifested by these nominalizations and translate them into Chinese accurately and smoothly is a key point fur the agreement translation.This thesis firslly introduccd the translation task and reviewed a series of activities from undertaking the task to completing it. Then the thesis studied the translation methods of nominalizalions in foreign trade agreements from the perspective of functional equivalence theory and firstly researches home and aboard on nominalizations of foreign trade agreements were reviewed. As different people hold different views on nominalizationsl, this thesis made a clear dcliniion for nomiualizalions and illustrated the constitution and characteristics of nominalizations in foreign trade agreements briefly. Then the thesis introduced the contents of functional equivalence theory and its application in the Chinese translation of foreign trade agreements. Later, the thesis made an analysis on nominaliations of foreign trade agreements based on my numerous translation practices and proposed four translation methods to achieve functional equivalence of notnlnalizations in foreign trade agreements. Finally, the thesis pointed out that various translation methods should be flcxibly adopted in translating nominalizations of foreign trade agreements into Chinese.更多还原
