基于旅游者消费行为分析的黑龙江省自驾游发展对策研究

【摘要】 对发达国家而言,自驾车旅游已经进入成熟阶段,相应的配套设施与服务体系已较为完善。与前者相比,我国的自驾游发展比较晚,约迟了半个世纪,但速度却不慢,部分地区的自驾游及相关的服务设施已日臻成熟。黑龙江省地区经济持续增长、人民收入水平不断提高,越来越多的人拥有私家车,自驾车旅游已经成为黑龙江省重要的出游方式之一。本论文主要以黑龙江省为研究区域,自驾车旅游者为研究对象,全面分析黑龙江省自驾车旅游发展状况。通过分析,了解到许多有利于自驾游发展的条件,黑龙江省自驾游发展前景较好。就目前而言,虽然黑龙江省自驾车旅游发展较快,但自驾车旅游市场发展仍处于初期阶段,相关旅游基础设施及服务体系仍不完善。本论文试图通过总结所得数据了解黑龙江省自驾车旅游者消费行为的基本特征,明确黑龙江省自驾游消费者的市场需求,从而促进黑龙江省自驾车旅游全面发展。鉴于自驾游在我国起步较晚,发展的时间不是很长,对黑龙江省自驾游消费者的消费行为方面缺少全面的、系统的研究。鉴于之前的学者对黑龙江省自驾游消费者的消费行为方面研究有限,本篇论文尝试从旅游者消费行为理论着手,通过问卷调查和借鉴之前学者的研究成果之上,运用对比法研究分析国内外研究现状,通过问卷调查的方式对黑龙江省自驾车旅游者消费行为方面进行比较系统的调研,并通过运用SPSS软件,分析了解问卷中不同的因素与目的地选择之间的相关性。研究思路是:一是论述目前国内外自驾游以及旅游行为方面的研究状况;二是阐述了本篇论文涉及运用的相关理论,三是具体说明黑龙江省的现状以及发展自驾游的优势;四是汇总问卷调查,通过具体数据了解自驾游消费者的具体信息、旅游偏好等等;五是通过调查找出黑龙江省在开展自驾游过程中出现的问题以及不足;六是针对具体不足、实际问题提出有效可行的发展建议及对策。本篇论文的创新点在于,运用了旅游者消费行为理论,对黑龙江省自驾游服务市场的现状进行全面分析,提出了解决自驾游发展中存在问题的对策。为黑龙江省自驾车旅游发展提供参考,对提升黑龙江省自驾车旅游的发展水平和竞争力有着重要的理论和实践意义。
【Abstract】 For developed countries, self-driving tour has entered a mature stage, the corresponding facilities and service system has been more perfect. Compared with the former, relatively late development of our country by car, about half a century later, but the speed is not slow in some areas, traveling by car and related services has matured. Sustained economic growth in Heilongjiang Province, the People’s rising income levels, more and more people own a car, car travel has become one of the Heilongjiang Province is an important way to travel. In this thesis, in Heilongjiang Province as study area, self-driving tourists for the study, a comprehensive analysis of self-driving tour of Heilongjiang Province Development. Through the analysis. I learned a lot in favor of the development of the condition of traveling by car. traveling by car is better prospects in Heilongjiang Province. For now. though. Heilongjiang Province, the rapid development of self-driving tour, but the self-drive tourism market is still in its early stages of development, tourism-related infrastructure and service system is still not perfect. This paper attempts to summarize the data obtained through the understanding of the basic characteristics of Heilongjiang Province, self-driving tourists" consumer behavior, a clear market demand for traveling by car consumers Heilongjiang Province, Heilongjiang Province, to promote the comprehensive development of self-driving tour.Given the self-driving tour in China started late, not very long development time, Heilongjiang Province driving consumer behavior research lacks comprehensive and systematic. In view of the scholars of Heilongjiang Province before driving consumer behavior research is limited, this paper attempts to start from the tourist consumer behavior theory, by drawing on the previous survey and research scholars at home and abroad using comparative law analysis research status, through questionnaires in Heilongjiang province self-driving tourists consumer behavior aspects of systematic research, and through the use of SPSS software to analyze the relationship between different factors to understand the questionnaire and choose between destinations. Research idea is:First, discuss the current research situation at home and abroad by car and travel behavior; the second is related to the use of this paper describes the theory; the third is specific on the status of Heilongjiang Province and the development of the advantages of traveling by car; Fourth Summary of the survey, by driving consumers to understand the specific data specific information, travel preferences and so on; five through surveys to identify problems occurring in Heilongjiang Province, to carry out the process of traveling by car and is inadequate; six is insufficient specific practical questions raised effective and feasible development proposals and countermeasures. The innovation of this paper is that the uses of the tourist consumer behavior theory, the status of Heilongjiang Province traveling by car to conduct a comprehensive analysis of service market, driving the development of proposed solutions to this problem exist. Heilongjiang Province reference self-drive tourism development, to enhance the self-driving tour of Heilongjiang Province, the level of development and competitiveness has important theoretical and practical significance.
