【摘要】 随着我国经济的发展和企业集团的壮大，财务公司在加强企业集团资金集中管理以及提高企业资金使用效率等方面发挥的作用越来越重要。研究企业集团财务公司资金集中管理模式的运行及效果评价，探索进一步完善的方法，是十分重要且迫切的。本文以交易费用理论、内部资本市场理论、委托—代理理论和产融结合理论为依据；参阅国内外关于资金集中管理、财务公司及财务公司资金集中管理模式运行效果评价的相关文献；选取大型煤炭企业JM集团财务公司为案例进行研究。通过分析和比较资金集中管理的五种模式，总结出财务公司模式的优势；开展了对JM集团财务公司现状研究，包括经营环境、职能定位、模式运行及存在的问题。构建了对JM集团财务公司资金集中管理模式的运行评价体系，设置了以盈利能力和经营增长为主的财务指标和以集团贡献率、运营效率、学习和成长为主要内容的管理指标。通过运用功效系数法对财务指标和通过专家评分法对管理指标分别进行评价，得出JM集团财务公司资金集中管理模式运行效果的综合评分，并进行分析。本文分别从积极应对经济新常态提高服务集团能力；加大资金归集力度，健全专项考核机制；完善风险控制体系，提高员工风险意识；健全资金管理体系，加强预算执行力度；更新资金管理系统，提高信息共享水平和加大人才队伍建设，引进高级人才等6方面提出了进一步完善财务公司资金集中管理模式的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the economy and the growth ofenterprises in our country, the financial company plays an important role instrengthening the centralized management of enterprises’ funds andimproving the capital efficiency. Therefore, it is important and urgent to studythe application and evaluation of the centralized fund management mode ofgroup enterprises, so as to explore improved methods.This paper is based on the transaction cost theory, internal capital markettheory, principal-agent theory and integration of industry-finance theory. Byreferring to the relevant literature at home and abroad, the paper chooses thelarge coal enterprise—JM group finance company as a case study. Throughthe analysis and comparison of five kinds of centralized funds managementmode, the paper sums up the advantages of finance company mode.Then thepaper carries out the research on the current situation of JM group financecompany, including business environment, function orientation, modeapplication and existed problems. It constructs the evaluation system of thecentralized fund management mode of JM group finance company,establishes the financial indicators mainly based on its profitability and business growth, and the management indicators mainly based on its groupcontribution rate, operation efficiency, learning and growing. Through theevaluation of financial indicators by using efficacy coefficient method andmanagement indicators by using expert scoring method, the paper concludesthe comprehensive score of the effect of the centralized fund managementmode of JM group finance company, and then analyze it.This paper puts forward the following six suggestions to further improvethe centralized fund management of the finance company: improving theservice capability of the group in order to response to the new economicincrease positively; increasing the fund intensity and improving the specialassessment mechanism; improving the risk control system and raisingemployees’ awareness of risk; improving the funds management system andstrengthening the budget execution; renewing funds management system,improving the level of information sharing, increasing the talent teamconstruction, introducing top talents.更多还原
