【摘要】 草莓是湖州市蔬菜瓜果生产中经济价值较高的作物之一,虽种植面积不大,但因其在春节期间上市,农业观光采摘游中的重要作用以及较好的经济效益,在瓜果蔬菜产业中具有较大的影响。草莓以其周期短、经济效益高、见效快、适应性强、南北保护地均可栽培、精深加工出口创汇等优势而成为近几年发展最快的一项新兴水果产业,在湖州以安吉县上墅乡至天荒坪镇一带、长兴县画溪街道草莓产区为吸引游客作出杰出贡献。为了促进湖州市草莓产业可持续发展,本文从国内外草莓产业的发展趋势和我市草莓产业基本情况入手分析了发展趋势与存在的问题。探索了草莓产业发展的模式,总结了经验教训并提出了今后发展的一些对策与建议,在推动湖州新农村建设、土地流转、农民增收、标准化生产、食品安全等方面作了一些探讨。首先,对我市草莓产业的基本情况进行调研,包括种植面积从2012年的4400亩递增到2014年的6200亩、适栽品种由丰香为代表的老品种过渡到章姬、红颊等新品种、产业现状进行了系统的、全面的梳理。总结近五年湖州草莓产业发展的趋势：1、家庭农场规模种植；2、经营模式多样化,销售渠道广；3、附属产业发展速度快。分析湖州适合发展草莓产业的优势主要有：1、优越的自然环境与气候条件；2、草莓产业市场缺口大；3、劳动力资源丰富；4、市校合作,多方面促发展。其次,对我市草莓产业的政策导向、种植基本情况、产业发展趋势、农技推广管理等方面进行了探讨分析,提出了现阶段存在的主要问题主要有1、农技推广政策扶持不足；2、投入不足,部分地区设施落后；3、品种单一、小户经营；4、栽培管理技术落后；5、地区发展不平衡；6、农残问题严重；7、加工、物流转运能力差。最后,结合当前的草莓产业化发展现状以及因素分析,为湖州草莓产业的发展提出了相应的对策与建议：1、政府加大扶持力度,推进土地流转进程；2、引进筛选优良品种；3、大力推广标准化设施草莓栽培技术；4、推行可持续发展的生产模式；5、经营体制和农业推广体系完善；6、重视品牌建设,多方面开拓草莓产业；7、重视信息平台,计划指导生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Strawberry is one of the crops of fruits and vegetables production in our city, which enjoy a high economic value. Although its planting area is not larg e, strawberry has a great influence on the production of fruits and vegetables, because it is marketed during the Spring Festival and plays an important role i n agricultural sightseeing. Its high profits can also account for this. With a sho rt cycle, a quick effect, high economic efficiency, good adaption, being able to be planted both in the south and north and abundant profits from export of fur ther processing, strawberry industry has become one of the fastest developing e merging industries in recent years. In order to promote the sustainable develop ment of strawberry in Huzhou, my article analyses its development tendency a nd existing problems and reasons according to the tendency of strawberry indu stry both at home and abroad as well as the current situation in Huzhou. It ex plores the strawberry industry development mode and puts forward some count ermeasures and suggestions for the future strawberry industry. Some discussion is also made on promoting the new rural construction, land circulation, increasi ng farmers’ income, standardized production, food safety etc.First of all, I made some research on the current situation of the strawberr y industry in our city, including the planting area increasing from4400mu in2012to6200mu in2014, breeds transition from old ones (eg. Fengxiang) to the new ones (eg. Zhangji) and a systematical and comprehensive carding. Here is the summary of the Huzhou strawberry industry trend in the last five y ears:1. the size of the family farm planting;2. diversified business models, and extensive sales channels;3. fast speed of auxiliary product development. The a dvantages for Huzhou to grow strawberries are as follows:1. superior natural e nvironment and climate conditions;2. a good strawberry industry market;3. abun dant labor resources;4. cooperation between University and city.Secondly, the article analyzes the city’s strawberry industry policy guidanc e, the basic planting situation, the industry’s development trend, management and other aspects of the agricultural technology extension, Besides it also puts f orward the following problems:1. the lack of policy support on agricultural te chnology extension;2. the lack of investment, the backward infrastructure in some areas;3. the single group of varieties, small family business;4. the bac kward management techniques;5. the imbalance of regional development;6. seri ous problems caused by pesticide residues;7.poor conditions for processing an d logisticsFinally, considering the analysis of current situation of Huzhou strawberry development and factors, this article puts forward to the following correspond ing countermeasures and suggestions:1. increase the support of the governme nt, to promote the process of land transfer;2. Introduce and screen fine breed s;3. vigorously promote the standardization of facilities cultivation techniques of Strawberry;4. push the sustainable development mode of production;5. improv e the management system and the agricultural extension system;6. attach impor tance to brand building and develop strawberry industry in many ways;7. atta ch importance to information platform and plan to guide production.更多还原
