【摘要】 共青团是在党领导下的先进青年组织,它作为党的助手与后备军是一支及其重要的力量。高校团委进行团务管理是当前的工作重点,加强在校大学生思想政治教育、提高自身觉悟、积极开展各项组织活动与组织团员进行学习,对团员进行日常管理。随着当前信息化技术与网络化技术的稳步快速发展,各类信息化系统得到广泛应用。随着高校人群数量的不断扩大,各方面工作面临新的挑战,传统管理方式存在着管理效率低,进行信息查询不方便,组织活动信息未能及时进行通知等。另外,团员管理是共青团组织活动建设的一项长期的、经常性的工作,做好团员管理对于提高在校青年团员的组织观念,提升自身的荣誉感、责任感、以及增强团委的工作效率,具有划时代意义。对此,深入研究当前各大高校团员管理工作存在的问题,认真思考探索提出行之有效的管理方法,对推进高校团员管理工作具有重要的意义。吉林大学珠海学院团委成立于2008年,下设14个基层团委,涉及团员较多,在学院党委与上级团委的正确领导下,“夯实基础、凝聚人心、打造特色”的方针,突出服务青年成长成才工作重点,大力推进理想信念教育、持续提升校园文化建设、全力加强学术科技创新、扎实开展志愿服务实践、全面拓展素质教育领域、深入实施团建创新工程。团委工作担负着团结与教育在校大学生,执行贯彻党的政策方针,积极开展团委各项工作。针对工作实际情况,设计与实现一套团员管理信息系统对对当前管理的效率和工作上带来的便捷性。也是对高校实现团员管理系统带来参考价值。本人首先对通过实际调研与采用的技术分析,从而确定采用ASP.NET+SQLServer2005进行开发,重点对团员管理信息系统的系统管理、团员信息、团员奖罚管理、团费管理、优秀团员管理、团员转入转出、团员活动等7大模块进行深入研究,以软件工作技术化为手段,对团员管理信息系统进行构建探索,在设计过程中主要运用UML建模方法进行系统设计,同时参与项目需求分析,主要对系统进行可行性分析、业务需求分析和系统各个功能模块进行需求分析。在设计阶段重点从系统设计原则、功能模块划分设计、及团员信息系统数据库设计,对重点模块进行包图、类图、顺序图进行设计,从而为系统的实现奠定基础。在实现阶段主要对系统实现构架、硬件环境、模块实现进行阐述,通过对实现的界面进行展示、操作流程图及核心代码展示,从而完成系统的研发工作,最后运用黑盒法和白盒法对系统进行全面有效的测试。通过本系统可极大的方便吉林大学珠海学院团委工作需求,不但节省办公开支,也极大的提高了工作效率,同时也对兄弟院校实现团员信息管理系统提供借鉴。更多还原

With the steady and rapid development of the information technology and network technology, all kinds of information systems are widely used. As the population in college continues to expand, the management is facing new challenges, the traditional management way has low efficiency, information query is not convenient, organizing information failed to be noticed in a timely manner. In addition, members of the management is a long-term, regular work for the Communist Youth League construction, it has the epoch-making significance to improve the Youth League organization concept, enhance their sense of honor, responsibility, and enhance the working efficiency of the Communist Youth League. Also has reference value to the members of management system for colleges and universities to achieve.first of all, through the actual investigation and analysis, using ASP.NET+SQL Server2005development, system management, focus on in-depth studying7big modules such as the management of members information system, member information, reward and punishment management, fee management, excellent League member management, member move and remove, member activities, the technology of software work as a means of management, exploring management information system construction, in the design process UML modeling method the main for us to carry on the system design, and participate in the project requirement analysis, mainly to the system for feasibility analysis, business needs of each function module of the system analysis and requirement analysis. In the design phase the focus from the system design principle, design, the function module division and member information system database design, key module class diagram, sequence diagram, package diagram design, so as to lay the foundation for the realization of the system. In the implementation phase of the system to achieve the main frame, the hardware environment, modules are described, based on the realization of interface display, operation flow chart and the core code to display, so as to complete the system development work, and finally the use of black box and white box testing of the system to conduct a comprehensive and effective.
