多元化采购下的供应商管理研究

【摘要】 随着社会的不断发展,市场竞争愈演愈烈。企业要在市场竞争中保持领先的地位,不仅需要好的产品,好的服务,好的理念,还需要一个良好的供应链,才能保证产品源源不断的供向市场。企业的效益和供应商有直接关系。供应商作为企业整个价值链的开端,它对企业的影响是深入而广泛的,所供产品的质量直接影响整个企业的产品质量,对经营质量的影响也是不容小觑的。如何加强供应商管理,建立良好的合作关系,是每个企业采购部门的工作重点。良好的合作关系不仅能缩短供货周期,降低企业的存货成本,同时又提高了企业的交付速度,对企业的生产能力起到了推动作用。由此看出,良好的供应商管理能大大提高企业在市场上的竞争力。针对不同企业的管理现状,制定行之有效的管理措施,是加强供应商管理的方法之一。首先要分析企业现有的管理现状,特别是采购现状。不同的采购现状所对应的供应商管理方法侧重点不同。对于多元化采购下的供应商管理,有其独特的特点,主要是供应商数量多、规模小、相对管理不够完善等。针对这些问题,先要规范采购方内部的一些管理行为,编制《供应商管理控制程序》,用程序约束并规范采购方的行为,提出一些基本的供应商管理方法;其次,针对多元化采购的特点,重点培养中小型供应商,在建立良好关系的前提下,为其建立有效的质量控制措施,加强沟通,提高产品质量。另外,可采纳其他生产制造企业的管理方法,如建立SQE岗位人员,进行专业化人员管理;亦可利用软件,对采供双方数据进行系统化的管理,能够更直观、更高效的完成各项工作,对提高产品的质量起到重要的作用。多元化采购下供应商管理方法的研究,对设计型生产企业有着重要意义。多元化的采购,一般是设计型的企业涉及较多,所遇到的供应商管理问题也是大多相同的。本课题的研究有利于设计型企业细化供应商管理,规范供应商管理行为,致力于实现采供双方建立和维持长久、紧密的伙伴关系,改善企业与供应商关系。使企业能够利用合作中的有利资源,提升企业在市场竞争中的战略优势。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of society, market competition is more and morefierce. If an enterprise wants to maintain its leading position in the marketcompetition, they need good products, good service, good concept, and a goodsupply chain to ensure their continuous supply of products to the market. There is adirect relationship between the benefit of enterprises and suppliers. Suppliers, as thebeginning of the whole value chain, have a wide and deep influence on enterprises.The quality of the products to be supplied affects the enterprise’s products qualitydirectly, and their impact on management can not be underestimated. How tostrengthen the supplier management and establish good relations of cooperation, isthe focus of the procurement department of each enterprise. Good cooperationrelations can not only shorten the delivery cycle, reduce the enterprise’s inventorycost, but also improve the enterprise delivery speed, which promote the productioncapacity of enterprises. As a result, the good supplier management can greatlyimprove competitiveness of enterprise in the market.According to the management status of different enterprises, to formulateeffective measures is one of the methods to strengthen the supplier management. Thepresent situation of the enterprise management need to be analyzed firstly, especiallythe situation of purchasing. The emphasis of supplier management methods iscorresponded to the different situations of purchasing. The supplier managementunder the diversified procurement has its unique characteristics, which are the mainsupplier of quantity, small scale, and relatively inadequate management etc. To solve these problems, first is to standardize the management behavior within the purchaser,to develop the Supplier Management Control Procedures which can be used toregulate the behavior of purchaser and to put forward some basic suppliermanagement methods; secondly, focus on the cultivation of small and medium-sizedsuppliers, for whom to establish an effective control measures, to strengthencommunication and to improve the quality of products we should in the premise tobuild a good relationship. In addition, other manufacturing enterprises’ managementmethods can be adopted such as the establishment of SQE position, the professionalpersonnel management; software also can be used to carry on the systematicmanagement for handling both sides’ data, which could be more intuitive, moreefficient on the completion of the work, and it will play an important role inimproving the quality of products.Research on supplier management under the diversified procurement has thevital significance to design-based manufacturing enterprises. Diversifiedprocurement which is generally involved in design-based enterprises encounters thesame supplier management problems. This is a conductive study with the aim torefine the design-based enterprises’ supplier management and to standardize thebehavior of supplier management. This study is committed to the implementationbetween the two sides to establish and maintain long-term and close partnership, toimprove the relationship between enterprises and suppliers. So that enterprises canuse the beneficial resources in cooperation to enhance the strategic advantage ofenterprises in the market competition.
