本溪市污水处理厂水质自动在线监测系统可靠性及运行管理措施研究
Study on the Reliability and Operation Management Measures of Automatic Online Monitoring System of the Sewage Treatment Plants in Benxi City

【摘要】 近几年,随着我国经济的飞速发展,本溪市的经济也得到快速发展,引来了多家知名企业投资,同时,也给环保管理部门带来了新的挑战:如何利用污染源自动在线监测技术,建立、健全合理有效的在线监测管理机制,在创造经济效益的同时保护好生态环境就成为了本溪市环境管理相关部门需要权衡的关键问题。本文以本溪市污染源自动在线监测系统提供的数据为研究依据,以本溪市污水处理厂为重点研究对象,对数据有效性校验进行分析,着重对本溪市污水处理厂化学需氧量(以下简称“CODcr”)动态变化进行具体研究,并对污染源自动在线监测系统的质量保证措施、运行考核管理进行研究,得出以下结论:1.污染源自动在线监测系统的质量管理主要分为质量保证(QA)和质量控制(QC)两个方面。通过对本溪市3座污水处理厂作为具体研究对象,对污染源自动在线监测系统的质量管理进行研究,得出结论质量控制(QC)在数据有效性判别中更具有可操作性,更直观的反应仪器的准确性和数据的有效性;而质量保证(QA)贯穿于整个水质在线监测过程中,是质量管理的基础保证。2.工况校核法计算得出的数据和在线监测数据具有良好的一致性,而工况校核法与手工监测法获得的数据相比,相对存在稍大的偏差,而工况校核法计算CODcr总量排放具有良好的准确性和可应用性,是总量测算的有效方法,因此,可以认为在线监测法比手工监测法监测频率高,数据更具有实时性和准确性,更贴近于工况校核法得到的测算结果。3.丰、平、枯时期水量变化、居民生活用水作息时间是影响本溪市污水处理厂CODcr进口浓度动态变化的主要因素;污水处理厂工艺的变化、进水水质的浓度是影响本溪市污水处理厂CODcr出口浓度动态变化的主要因素。
【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of our country, the economy in BenxiCity also gets the rapid development. Benxi City introduces the investment of manyfamous enterprises, which brings new challenges to the environmental protectionmanagement department, simultaneously. It is the significant problem for the relevantenvironmental management departments in Benxi to consider that in order to bring theeconomic benefit in the meantime of protecting the environment well, how to makeuse of pollution source automatic online monitoring technology to establish andimprove the reasonable and effective online monitoring management mechanism.This paper is based on the data provided by pollution source automatic onlinemonitoring system, focuses on studying the sewage treatment plants in Benxi city,analyzes the data validity validation. Moreover, this paper focuses on studying theCOD dynamic change of the sewage treatment plants in Benxi city, quality assurancemeasures and operation assessment management of pollution source automatic onlinemonitoring system, and obtains the conclusions as follows.1. The quality management of pollution source automatic online monitoring systemis divided into two aspects such as quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC). Itis concluded that QC has more operability in the data validity discrimination, andintuitively reflects instrument accuracy and data validity, furthermore, QA runsthrough the entire water quality in the online monitoring process, and is the basicguarantee of the quality management by studying the quality management of pollutionsource automatic online monitoring system for three sewage treatment plants in Benxicity.2. The data calculated by the checking working condition method and onlinemonitoring data have a good consistency. But there exists relatively larger deviationas comparing the data of manual monitoring method and online monitoring data. Itcan be seen that the amount of COD discharge calculated by the checking workingcondition method has good accuracy and applicability, hence, the checking workingcondition method is an effective method for the application of the low frequencymonitoring data in the total amount of measurement. 3. The COD inlet concentration dynamic change of the sewage treatment plant inBenxi is affected by the main factors such as water amount change during theabundant, flat and dry periods, and the work and rest time of residents living water.And the COD outlet concentration dynamic change of the sewage treatment plant inBenxi is affected by the main factors such as the process change of sewage treatmentplant and the inlet water quality concentration.
