【摘要】 北京市新发地农产品批发市场经营北京市居民需求70%的蔬菜,80%的水果,100%的进口水果,在维持北京市居民日常生活中扮演着一个非常重要的角色。有交易就会带来流通,经济的发展需要物流效率的配合。新发地农产品批发市场的物流效率处于一个什么样的水平?是否与其所承担的任务相匹配?物流的投入与产出又是一个什么样的关系?是否符合经济可持续发展的要求?本文研究农产品从新发地到零售终端之间的物流效率,包括对于物流节点和配送过程中各个物流活动环节效率的研究。新发地农产品批发市场经营的农产品种类主要有蔬菜、水果、禽蛋类、水产、粮油等,考虑到不同农产品种类的仓储、运输、包装、装卸搬运等的具体要求也各不相同,其物流有各自的特殊性和差异性,本文选取占比较大的蔬菜批发的物流效率作为研究对象,对蔬菜从新发地农产品批发市场到零售终端的物流现状进行调研,基于经济学、生态经济学以及统计方法,从物流经济效率和物流环境效率两个方面对新发地农产品批发蔬菜物流效率进行研究。梳理物流效率体系、衡量指标和计算公式,对新发地农产品批发的蔬菜物流经济效率和物流环境效率进行实证计算,综合前人关于物流效率的研究成果,在现有物流效率指标计算模型基础上,针对新发地农产品批发特点以及蔬菜物流特性,合理设计物流效率的衡量指标,调整指标的计算方法,并结合主成分分析法和模糊综合评价法对各区物流效率指标进行综合评价,分析目前新发地农产品批发蔬菜物流效率的情况,最后基于相关理论和实证研究提出改善建议,以提高综合物流效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 70%of vegetables,80%of fruit, and100%of imported fruit in Beijing is provided by Xinfadi Agricultural Products Wholesale Market, which shows Xinfadi plays a very important role in the maintenance of Beijing residents’daily life. Where there is trade, there is goods flow. The development of economic cannot leave the cooperation of logistics efficiency.Which level is the logistics efficiency of XinFaDi at? Whether it can undertake the task with which they match? What kind of relationship between the logistics input and output? Does it meet the requirements of sustainable economic development?This article is researched on logistics efficiency of Xinfadi agricultural products wholesale, mainly studying on the logistics efficiency from Xinfadi to the retail end, including the efficiency of logistics activity of each link in the logistics nodes and between the process of distribution. There are too many kinds of agricultural products traded in Xinfadi such as vegetables, fruits, eggs, aquatic products, grain oil and so on. Considering the differently specific requirements of warehousing, transportation, packaging and handling because of different kinds of agricultural products,and the particularity and difference of logistics, the logistics efficiency of the vegetables wholesale which takes a large propotion is selected as the main research object. Some investigations will be done on the current situation of vegetable logistics from Xinfadi to the retail end, mainly doing researches on logistics economic efficiency and logistics environmental efficiency based on economics, technology economics and statistical methods. The system of logistics efficiency, measure index and calculation formula is combined, and the logistics economic efficiency, logistics technical efficiency and logistics environmental efficiency of Xinfadi’s vegetable wholesale are calculated. Predecessors’ research achievements about the efficiency of logistics are integrated. On the basis of existing logistics efficiency index calculation model, according to the characteristics of vegetable logistics and Xinfadi agricultural product wholesale, make the measure indicators of the logistics the efficiency embodied and against, adjust the calculation method of index reasonably, and make the caculation results a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, analyzing the present vegetable logistics efficiency of xinfadi agricultural product wholesale, providing improvement suggestions based on the relevant theories and empirical studies to improve the efficiency of comprehensive logistics efficiency.更多还原
