基于药用动物图像数据库的设计与实现

【摘要】 药用动物现在通常是指其身体的全部或局部可以入药的动物,利用这些动物制造或者提取出来的药物都被称为动物药。药用动物一直被认为比植物药物的药效更高,因此不论中外,对药用动物的研究都有着悠久的历史。我国最早的药学专著《神农本草经》中就记载了很多种药用动物,明代的《本草纲目》中有记载了动物药400多种,到新中国成立后的70时代,我国又开始了新一轮的对药用动物的收集整理和研究,共发现记录了药用动物1157种(包括亚种),分属于9门33纲127目348科698属。药用动物的种类繁多,药性各不相同,不同药用动物的使用方法也各不相同,这就给医务人员或研究人员对药用动物的研究、使用带来很大的困扰。按照传统的方式,在使用药用动物的时候,都需要翻阅很多相关书籍对其药性、使用方法进行查询,这种方式不仅费时费力,而且在查询过程中很容易出现查不到或者查错的情况。如何使用现代计算机技术解决这一难题,就是本文的研究重点。在当今这样一个信息大爆炸的时代,对于大数据的处理研究是计算机学科的一个重点,也提出了很多数据统计、查询的有效方法。很多时候,对于大量数据的存储、查询以及其他各种操作,都是运用数据库的方式来进行的。利用数据库可以按照数据的种类或者数据之间的关系很好的将信息存储下来,在使用的时候利用相关的数据操作语句可以很方便的对数据进行查询、添加、删除等各种操作。因此,本文研究实现了一款基于药用动物的图像数据库,里面存储了包括药用动物的中文名称、汉语拼音、英文名、拉丁名、科属归类、形态、生态分布、药用部位、采收加工、性味功能、用法主治、本草考证以及相关图片,供用户查询使用。ASP.NET网站应用程序是有许多网页和样式构成,是一种常用的用来进行网站建设和网页设计开发的脚本技术,通过在服务器端动态创建网页来响应请求。本文拟采用ASP.NET技术来进行药用动物数据库网站的开发。SQL Server是一款应用比较广泛的关系型数据库管理系统,由Microsoft开发和推广,其具有非常人性化的图形化用户界面,包括表、视图、查询定义的图形化界面,可以更加直观简洁的管理数据库。SQL Server是一款真正的客户/服务器体系结构的数据库管理系统,可以包括多台计算机,把所有需要对数据库服务器进行访问,发送服务请求的计算机当做客户,把对数据库进行操作管理的计算机作为服务器。对于本文设计实现的数据库系统来说,SQLServer对Web技术的支持是其最大的特点。SQL Server可以使用户轻易的将数据库中的数据发布到用户自己设计的Web界面上。我们可以通过Web Assistant将数据从数据库表中获取到Web界面上,也可以将html上的数据引入数据库中。本文设计的药用动物图像数据库是C/S架构的,其中客户端采用浏览器访问网页的方式,可以使用户更加方便快速的使用该图像数据库系统,提高系统的推广性使更多用户可以使用数据库系统;服务器端采用Microsoft SQL Server作为系统数据库。从网站完成的界面上来看,主要实现了首页界面、分类动物界面以及后台管理界面。其中首页界面包括药用动物数据库平台概况、搜索动物信息等页面导航,还需要有最近上传的动物简要信息供用户无需搜索之间进行浏览查看,点击后会显示该药用动物更多详细信息,同时也提供下载按钮供用户下载最多的药用动物信息;分类动物页面是对整个药用动物的一个分类别的索引,点击想要查看的药用动物类别后可以看到相应分类的动物列表,点击动物图片可跳转并了解该动物的详细信息,同时也能提供下载按钮给用户进行信息的下载;管理员在登陆进入后会进入后台管理界面,能根据需要对现有的动物资源进行信息的更新,添加动物信息或修改已有的信息,也能将新发现的或者系统未收录的动物信息上传到数据库中。目前我国还没有相关的动物图像数据库,多数查询资料只能在书本、教科书中找到,通过本项目设计实现的药用动物图像数据库,提高了查找效率,提供了良好的学习平台。该检索平台的建立填补了这方面的空白,使得动物资源得到了很好的整合和充分的利用。本文设计实现的药用动物图像数据库中包含有药用动物的内容比中国药用动物医药数据库更详细,并且提供了近千张药用动物照片。对发展我国的动物医药卫生事业,起着特殊的意义和重大的作用。随着我国中医药事业的不断发展,动物信息资源将被大众普遍应用开来,所以该图像数据库是非常有发展前景的。

【Abstract】 Medicinal animals which are now generally refers to all or part of the body of the animalcan be used as medicine, manufacturing, or the use of these animals were extracted drugknown animal medicine. Medicinal animals has always been considered a higher efficacythan plant drugs, so both Chinese and foreign, the study of medicinal animals have a longhistory. China’s first pharmacy monograph,"Shen Nong’s Materia Medica" records a widevariety of Medicinal animals, the Ming Dynasty,"Compendium of Materia Medica" hasdocumented more than400kinds of animal drugs, to1970s after the founding of NewChina, our country began a new round of the animals collected for medicinal and research,recorded a total of1,157kinds of Medicinal animals (including subspecies).There are so many species of Medicinal animals, properties vary, the use of differentmedicinal animals also vary, which gives researchers and the medical staff a great deal ofdistress. According to the traditional way, in the use of medicinal animals, they both need toread a lot of books to query its medicinal properties, using methods, this approach is notonly time consuming, but also in the query process is prone to finding out ortroubleshooting of situations. How to use modern computer technology to solve thisproblem, is the focus of this paper to study.In today such an information explosion era, the research for large data processing is afocus of computer science, and proposed many effective methods to record or query thedata. In many cases, for storing large amounts of data, queries and various other operationsare carried out using the methods of the database. You can use the database storedinformation, and using relevant data manipulation statements can be very convenient fordata query, add, delete and other operations. Therefore, this study achieved an imagedatabase based on medicinal animals inside the store, including the Chinese Medicinalanimals names, Pinyin, English name, Latin name, family and genus classification,morphological, ecological distribution, medicinal parts, harvesting and processing, tastefunction, usage indications, herbal medicine research and related images for the userqueries.ASP.NET is part of the.NET FrameWork, it is also a Microsoft technology, is a script soembedded in Web pages by server-side scripting technology which can be performed by Internet server, it can be dynamic created on the Web server through HTTP requestdocument. ASP.NET web applications are composed of many pages and styles, a browserrequest to the relevant pages of the website address will be issued by the browser, webserver after receiving this request will be sent to the website application server process togenerate the HTML stream. These HTML stream can return to the IIS server, IIS server willestablish the page in accordance with the code and other text on it, and finally returned tothe client.SQL Server is a broader application of relational database management systems,development and promotion by Microsoft, which has a very user-friendly graphical userinterface, including tables, views, query definition graphical interface, can be more simpleand intuitive managed. SQL Server is a true client/server architecture of the databasemanagement system that can include multiple computers, the computer sends a servicerequest as a client, the operation of the database management computer as a server. For thedatabase system design and implementation by this paper, SQL Server support for Webtechnology is its greatest feature. SQL Server allows users to easily publish data in thedatabase to the user’s own Web interface. We can get the data from the table of the databasethrough the Web Assistant on a Web interface, but also the data on html may be introducedin the database.This design of medicinal animal image database is C/S architecture, where the clientuses a browser to access Web pages way that allows users to more easily and quickly usingthe image database system to improve the promotion of the system so that more users canuse database systems; server using Microsoft SQL Server as the system database that storesinformation for the users query medicinal animals. We mainly achieved three interfaces ofthis site:the home interface, the classification of animal interface and backend managementinterface. Home interface includes medicinal animals database platform profiles, searchinformation and other page navigation, also need to have the animals recently uploadedbrief information for users to view, the medicinal animals more detailed information will bedisplayed after clicking it, the download button also available for users to download themedicinal animals’ information; the classification of animal interface is an index ofdifferent types of the animals, you can see a list of the appropriate classification of animalsafter clicking medicinal animal category you want to view, click animal pictures to jumpand learn more about the animals at the same time can also provide the download button to download the information; administrator login will enter into the management interface,updates can be performed on existing animal resources, add animal information or modifyexisting information, but also to will upload the animals information which is newlydiscovered system or is not included in the database.At present, China has no relevant animal image databases, most query data can only befound in books, textbooks, through this project provides a Web-based solutions for themedicinal animal image database information, and change the way people find informationof the animal image, improves search efficiency, provide a good learning platform. Theestablishment of the search platform to fill this gap, making the animal resources have beenwell integrated and fully utilized. The medicinal animal image database design andimplementation in this paper contains the contents of medicinal animals more detailed thanChinese medicinal animal medicine database, and provides nearly1,000medicinal animalphotos. On developing China’s animal medicine and health services the database will play aspecial significance and major role. With the continuous development of the pharmaceuticalindustry in our country, animal information resources will be open to the public generallyapplied, so that the image database is very promising.
