白银华煤电公司2×300MW热电项目方案设计与效果评估

【摘要】 白银华煤电公司2×300MW热电联产项目拟建设地点为地处内蒙古东部的赤峰市,该地区冬季寒冷,采暖期较长,达183天。该地区近几年发展速度较快,热负荷增加迅速,平均每年大约以200-250万平米的速度增加采暖面积,使得原有热源单位很难满足目地区供热需求,另外,地区分散小锅炉较多,约256台,给地区带来较大的环境污染。故,根据当前现状、未来几年的规划,以及城市环保节能需求,急需建设一大型热源项目来满足地区需要。白银华煤电公司隶属于中国电力投资集团,拟由该公司出资建设的2×300MW热电联产项目,按规划选址在赤峰市松山区穆家营子镇,该项目根据客观实际,装机拟选用可靠性、经济性、运行方式及制造能力都比较成熟的两台国产300MW亚临界空冷机组,并配套安装具备亚临界参数、最大连续蒸发量为1060t/h的锅炉项及亚临界、额定抽汽量为450T/h的汽轮机。目投产后,年供热量913万吉焦,可解决赤峰城区1400万平方米的采暖面积供热问题,会有效缓解赤峰城区日益紧张的供热局面,同时在优化资源配置、减轻环境污染、调整产业结构、推动地方经济发展和社会进步等方面将发挥重要作用。本文通过对白银华煤电公司所在地区的供热现状与困境、地区热源分布状况、中心城区热网现状、地区供热规划、及赤峰地区热负荷的发展速度及规划需求、白银华煤电公司拟投资建设的2×300MW热电项目建设的必要性等方面进行充分调研分析,并根据客观实际,对项目的装机方案的进行了优化设计,从而得出项目建成投产后将会给企业带来良好的经济效益,充分证明该项目建设是必要的、可行的。另外,本项目的建设也解决赤峰中心城区居民的采暖问题,即地区民生问题,会产生良好的社会效益。此外,按照赤峰市城市总体规划,把赤峰市建设成为基础设施完善、生态环境优良、产业群体众多、人才结构合理、效能较高的具有北方特色的塞外名城是赤峰市政府的宏观远景。为了提高人民生活质量,实现城市的良性发展,在赤峰市规划并建设一大型热源项目,为赤峰市城市面貌的改观提供可靠的基础设施保障是十分必须的和必要的。为此,拟由白银华煤电公司投资建设的2×300MW热电联产项目是改善赤峰城市基础设施的有效措施,加快推进此项目的建设也是赤峰城区的快速发展的有利保障。

【Abstract】 White tone China coal and electricity company2x300mw cogeneration projectis the construction site is located in the eastern Inner Mongolia chifeng city, thewinter cold, heating period is longer, up to183days. Developing fast in recent years,the region heat load increase rapidly, to about200-200square meters per year onaverage speed increase the heating area, makes the original heat source unit isdifficult to meet the demand of orders, district heating, in addition, the area scatteredsmall boilers is more, about256units, bring greater environmental pollution area.Therefore, based on the current status quo, in the next few years of planning, andurban environmental protection and energy saving requirements, need to build a largeheat source projects to meet the needs of the region.White tone of China power investment group, China coal company be paid forby the company of the construction of the2x300mw cogeneration projects,according to the planning and site selection in chifeng city songshan mu ying zi town,the project according to the objective reality, installed to choose reliability, economy,operation mode and manufacturing ability are relatively mature two domestic300mwsubcritical air cooling unit, and supporting the installation have a subcriticalparameter, maximum continuous evaporation capacity of1060t/h boiler andsubcritical, rated capacity of450t/h extraction steam turbine. Mesh, after theproduction of heating load9.13million ji jiao, can solve the problem of chifeng cityarea of14million square meters of heating heating, will effectively ease the chifengcity heat supply situation of the growing tension in optimizing the allocation ofresources, reduce environmental pollution at the same time, adjust the industrialstructure, promote local economic development and social progress will play animportant role.In this article, through dialogue Yin hua district heating coal company current situation and difficulties, the distribution of the heat source, central city heat supplynetwork present situation, the heating area planning, and the heat load of chifengdistrict has the pace of development and planning requirements, bai Yin hua coalcompany intends to invest in the construction of2x300mw thermal power projectconstruction, the necessity of full investigation analysis, and according to theobjective reality, the installed solution of optimized design of the project, andconcluded after the project completed and put into operation will bring goodeconomic benefits, fully proved that the project construction is necessary and feasible.In addition, the project construction to solve the problem of the heating of the centerof chifeng city residents, namely district people’s livelihood issues, will produce goodsocial benefits.In addition, chifeng city in accordance with the overall urban planning, buildingchifeng city into infrastructure, excellent ecological environment, industry groups,personnel reasonable structure, high efficiency of the outside the city with thecharacteristic of the north is chifeng city government’s macro perspective. In order toimprove people’s quality of life, realize the benign development of the city, in chifengcity planning and construction of a large-scale heat source project, provide in chifengcity landscape change with reliable infrastructure security is required and necessary.To this end, plans to invest in the construction by the white Yin hua coal company2x300mw cogeneration project is an effective measure to improve the chifeng cityinfrastructure, accelerate the construction of the project is also the rapid developmentof chifeng city advantageous safeguard.
