【摘要】 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制改造稳步推进，我国教育事业蓬勃发展。青少年体质健康状况越来越受人瞩目。学校体育已经满足不了青少年对于锻炼身体、强健体魄和掌握更多体育技能的需求。近年来，受美国NBA的影响和我国CBA、CUBA联赛的成功举办，以及姚明等运动员在NBA的成功，越来越多的青少年喜欢上了篮球运动，青少年业余篮球培训也在全国如火如荼的开展起来。因此，唐山市开始出现了一定数量的课外篮球培训机构。他们虽然形式多样，内容广泛，经营灵活，但是也出现了诸多问题，在不同程度上制约着唐山市青少年篮球培训市场的发展。本文以唐山市青少年篮球培训市场为研究对象。在2014年进行3次调查，选取唐山市各区、县的青少年篮球培训机构及其管理人员、教练员、部分学员及学员家长作为调查对象，通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实地调查法和数理统计法，对唐山市青少年篮球培训市场机制进行研究。根据西方经济学原理，从市场机制内部的价格机制、供求机制、竞争机制和风险机制四个方面分析了唐山市青少年篮球培训市场机制的现状，并针对唐山市青少年篮球培训市场机制内部存在的问题，提出了相应的解决对策，为唐山市青少年篮球培训社会化、青少年篮球培训市场走上正规化、科学化和可持续发展，提供了重要的理论依据和实践参考价值。研究结果表明：1、目前，唐山市青少年篮球培训市场的现状是：缺乏明确的法律、法规政策和相应的管理部门；青少年篮球培训市场尚不成熟，市场价格不稳定；培训市场总体上供不应求，市场开发的潜力较大，但受诸多因素影响，发展相对滞后；培训机构的整体市场竞争力不强，抗风险能力较弱。2、唐山市青少年篮球培训市场存在的问题是：广大青少年日益增长的对篮球培训的需求与篮球培训服务供给相对落后之间的矛盾。3、解决唐山市青少年篮球培训市场存在问题的对策是：充分发挥青少年篮球培训机构作为市场主体的作用，既要调动他们自身的积极性，充分利用挖掘自身的各种资源优势，又要发挥政府的宏观调控作用，搞好管理和服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 With our country socialist market economic system reform steadily push forward, the educationenterprise in our country has a vigorous development. Thus, the physical health condition of adolescentsdraws more and more attention. School sports can’t meet the needs of mastering more sports skills,strengthening physical condition. Affected by the NBA, celebrity Yao Ming’s success there and the successfor the CBA and UCBA in China, basketball spreads vigorously in our country, contributing the fact thatbasketball has become one of the most favorite sports for teenagers. Therefore, there begins to appear acertain number of extra-curricular basketball training institutions in Tang Shan. Though having variousforms, extensive content and flexible operation, there also exist a lot of problems, which restricts thedevelopment of the teenagers basketball training market.The following essay studies and researches on the Tang Shan youth basketball training market systemwith the basketball training market and the managers, trainers, trainees and their parents as the targetsthrough three investigations. The essay researches by means of literature materials, questionnaireinvestigation, expert interview, survey and mathematical statistics. Based on the economics theory inwestern countries, the essay analyses the current condition of the Tang Shan basketball training market interms of four aspects such as price system, supply and demand system, competition system and risk system.And it also puts forward the solutions to the problems existing in the Tang Shan basketball training market,leading the basketball training market to a level of standard, science and sustainable development, forwhich the essay provides the important theoretical basis and practical value.The results of the research are as follows:1. Nowadays, the current condition of Tang Shan basketballtraining market is that the existing youth basketball training market lacks distinct laws, regulations, policiesand the corresponding management. The training market is relatively simple, and the price for training isnot stable. In general, the training market is in great demand, thus the potential of the development of thetraining market is promising. Even though, the pace of the development of the training market is relativelybehind schedule. The training institutions are less competitive in the market, which causes less competitivein resisting possible dangers.2. The key problem of Tang Shan, the youth basketball training market lies inthe increasing demand for basketball training as well as the contradiction between the supply and demandof the basketball training service.3. The strategy for solving the problems existing in Tang Shan basketballtraining market is that in order to develop the full potential of the youth basketball training market as themarket participants, on one hand, we should fully motivate their initiative, and make full use of theiradvantage in resources.
